      Thank you for reaching out to us. Ugh! We apologize that your March order has still not yet reached you and want to reassure you that it is on the way. 

      Our customer service team members were able to respond to you within one hour of your initial email to us on March 27th to help dig in and we unfortunately did not receive a response from you. When your additional emails came through on April 8th, you received another response from us within about one hour. By that date, we realized your shipment was involved in an unfortunate loss of a palette by the shipping carrier DHL and we initiated a reship of your order that very same day.  

      A new package was shipped for  you on April 8th and it is currently set to arrive on April 18th. Again, we realize that this loss of your package by the carrier created an inconvenience for you and as such we have refunded $100 from your order. Should you receive the order and want to return it for a full refund, we would be more than happy to work with you on that!

      I order the product, signed up for smart ship and I can even get into the account to cancel. When I say I forgot my username it tells me to enter my phone and then say account does not exist. So I enter my email at which point it want my username which is what I am trying to find. Totally a scam I can even call customer service because there is no pho number available. And I have 48 hours to cancel and stop them from. Charging me for mor product which I don't want any more.

      Hello. I spent a lot of money buying Pruvit supplements from independent promoters and sellers. I drank Pruvit ketones on a daily basis and believed the ingredients contained no artificial flavoring. I have learned that this is not true. Pruvit had and has moral, legal and ethical obligations to their customers to disclose any and all ingredients in the product. Pruvit did not disclose the use of petrochemicals in their products. I found that what Pruvit uses contains benzene, butane, lead and synthenic malic acid. These ingredients cause cancer, serious pulmonary issues, they affect the kidneys, liver and lungs and other devastating, life threatening illnesses. A class action lawsuit was brought against Pruvit for this and I am very upset about how much money I spent just to put my health at risk. The fact that I was lied to is unacceptable. I am requesting that the receipts that I can provide as proof, be refunded by Pruvit, since it is not the fault of the promoters who were tricked into selling a product that was harmful and they should not have to suffer giving the refund.I contacted Prvit directly. ********************* stopped responding to my questions regarding the petrochemicals and synthetic malic acid usage when I asked for specific details about the ingredients they use. This action by her seems to support the claims that they are using harmful ingredients that they do not want to fully disclose.

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      In researching these allegations to validate the claims, it seems that results from a third-party laboratory confirmed Pruvits malic acid was synthetic.

      The labels prominently state they contain No Artificial Flavors. The products are flavored using an artificial flavoring, *************** acid, that is derived from petrochemicals as confirmed by a third party lab  

      This is highly deceptive and I am horrified at learning this. Consuming petrochemical derived food products is detrimental to someones health  

      Attached are all my receipts, totaling $1346.26 that was spent on Pruvit products bought from sellers for this MLM company. 

      I am requesting full reimbursement by Pruvit

      Thank you for submitting your receipts, however it does not appear your transactions were placed on an authorized Pruvit website. 3rd party websites, like ***** are not permitted for use by our Independent Promoters per our policies and as such, we cannot guarantee that they are selling official Pruvit products. 

      Since your transaction did not occur with Pruvit directly through our website, there is unfortunately not a way for us refund you since your funds were not submitted to us for your purchases. You will have to reach out to the seller directly through **** to seek a refund. We wish you the best in attempting to seek a refund through the **** seller.

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      Whether or not Prvit allows it, promoters certainly do use third-party websites such as **** to sell genuine Prvit products.

      As you can see in the attached photos, looking at all of the markings on this sealed box, including the numbers on the bottom, Prvit is able to verify that this is an authentic product.

      In regards to the use of synthetic ingredient allegations while claiming no artificial ones are used, as I mentioned previously, it came out in other lawsuits that third-party laboratories confirmed the use of these ingredients in genuine Pruvit products, such as the ones I purchased.

      Again, the only resolution that I will accept is a full refund for all the products that I bought, which I have already provided receipts for, since they can all be verified as genuine Prvit products.

      I have purchased exogenous ketones from this company only to discover they are not working for me and were making me feel sick to my stomach. I contacted Pruvit and they agreed to issue a refund for the unused products; however, only refunded for the most recent order. I reached out again in regards to this issue and requested a refund for the past unused item; however, I was told that Pruvit would not assist.       Concerns Regarding Pruvit Ketones Dear Pruvit, I am writing to bring to your attention some concerning issues I have experienced in relation to your product, NAT Ketones I made the decision in the last few years to incorporate NAT Ketones into my daily routine. However, after using them very consistently, I began to notice a significant decline in my overall health. Specifically, I experienced recurring episodes of trouble breathing and severe headaches, which greatly impacted my daily life.Upon consulting with my neurologist, it was strongly recommended that I discontinue the use of these ketones until further investigations could be conducted to determine any potential adverse effects it may have on my health. Despite ceasing its use, I continue to struggle with these troubling symptoms, and their persistence has prompted me to seek further medical evaluation.As a responsible consumer and someone who values transparency and accountability, I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. While I understand that individual reactions to products may vary, I believe it is essential for your company to be aware of any potential health concerns associated with your ketones In light of my experience, I kindly request that your company undertake a thorough review of the formulation and ingredients of ketones to ascertain any potential risks or adverse effects. The additional information included allowed us to see the connection between your email (which was on Sezzle) and the account under which the product was purchased (under the name of *************************) which contained a different name, email address and phone number than you provided here originally.  

      We were able to locate the three transactions with Pruvit which match the transaction screenshots you sent over: 
      May 16, 2023: $116.48
      May 30, 2023: $291.33
      November 25, 2023: $403.71

      These three orders in the total amount of $811.52 have been refunded. It may take 3-5 business days for those refunds to show ** in the bank account. Again, we appreciate your willingness to provide us with additional information and we sincerely hope you feel better soon.

      As a former promoter and customer, I am embarrassed and mortified to find out some rather disturbing information about this company who preaches ethics, honesty and good health. After being a promoter and customer for four years, drinking ketones on a daily basis, and believing the ingredients contained no artificial flavoring; I have learned that this is false.As a promoter, it was made very clear that every move we made would be ethical. The policies and procedures stated as much. Little did I know that I and every other promoter as well as every customer were being misled the entire time. Pruvit had and has moral, legal and ethical obligations to their promoters and customers to disclose any and all ingredients in the product. NEVER did they disclose the use of petrochemicals in their products. As I researched petrochemicals; I found that what Pruvit uses contains Benzene, Butane, lead and synthenic malic acid. These ingredients have the potential to cause CANCER, serious pulmonary issues, they affect the kidneys, liver and lungs, among other horrible life altering health consequences. It then occurred to me that I had THREE mysterious pulmonary related hospital stays while consuming the product. The finding of petrochemicals in the product is public knowledge now, ONLY due to a pending class action lawsuit against them. The fact that we as customers and promoters were misled and LIED to is despicable. They preach ethics, yet are far from ethical. As a promoter, they require you to have an active ************* order to collect commissions. They also push you to open a fake account to buy product in order to earn customer commissions. They also had since cut commissions and took away promised perks yet still required us to purchase. When contacting support, we are simply told sorry you feel that waybut NEVER do they rectify legitimate concerns. In fact, those concerns get ignored. They need to be held accountable for FRAUD!!!

You threatened legal action against the company so this matter was escalated to our ***************** Pruvit denies any basis for your threatened action against the company and will respond accordingly through counsel if such action is commenced.

      I recently wrote this letter to compliance and support at Pruvit a month ago. I am requesting a full refund for products purchased. I have yet to receive a reply or phone call. I BUSTED my a$$ for this company for over 4yrs and can't even get a reply. "I have recently come across some extremely disturbing information regarding Pruvit Ketone ingredients. I have been drinking these Ketones for over 4 years and would have never done so, having known they contain lead and petrochemicals, as well as synthetic malic acid. Recently found this out due to public lawsuits regarding these issues. Additionally, research has shown me these products may cause cancer. These said products claim to use no artificial flavors, lies. I would have never used these products religiously for years. I would have never ever promoted such a product to hundreds of people either. I am ashamed and mortified to have been a part of such a company. If one of my customers, friends or family would get sick because of drinking these, I would never be able to live with myself.Lawsuits left and right about these things. Please do NOT reply saying you don't know about this either. Do not insult me. Pruvit as a company, should be ashamed. These products are not labeled accordingly, which is completely unsafe and horribly unethical. We were lied to and completely misled about a product we were essentially forced to purchase. We were preached to, to practice ethical behavior, yet not demonstrated by Pruvit or by a few prochamps. I was FORCED to purchase these products by my prochamps, in order to maintain my "employment." Trust has been broken, which will take years to regain. My credibility is non-existent since this.I do NOT want a generic response on here. I want a reply to my email I sent with an attempt at resolution. I can guarantee your little "pruvit ninjas" can crack the code of who this is also.       The support ticket you opened with our team in November of ********************************************************* error prior to an additional response being sent to you, which is not in line with our support standards. We greatly apologize for that error and not having the opportunity to continue to dig in at that time to the details of the product you received the year prior, even though our return time frame is up to 90 days from purchase.

      From the date of manufacture, the product has 24 months of valid use before the efficacy of the ingredients begin to decrease. However, not all of the product is shipped out immediately after packaging. The large purchase orders we place with our manufacturing partner have a goal to give us approximately one year of inventory on hand for a specific flavor, as an average.  Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to manufacture on demand for each order.

      We are very willing to work with you regarding a resolution. With one year between your purchase and your first communication to our support team, do you happen to remember which products had expired or become hard by that time? Now that two years of time has lapsed between your first and only order with us and your complaint to the BBB, we are limited in the information to which we have access. Also, since the charge was initiated with us almost two years ago, we would most likely need to process any sort of refund via a check request form which would require additional paperwork if you're open to that. 

      Please let us know what you feel is a suitable refund request for the unusable product you had on hand one year after your purchase and we will continue to move forward with you.

      I have a lot to say. I have worked as a **** for Prvit ventures.I had a team of many thousands and thru the last 12 months they changed our comp plan behind our back. allowed me to be bullied and harrassed and corporate did nothing. they accused me of recruiting to leave the company - which i didnt do. forced me to sign under duress without a notary or official form to release my pay. Then proceeded to wipe out my organization to move to my mentor. Then, i started having health issues. My skin is covered in sores and am being treated for staphh and also the ingredients were changed. I demanded answers - by that and my mentor fraudulent using a fake ******** to stalk me- I was terminated over a screenshot. My organization has done *******k in sales consistently. They refuse to pay me- they took our pay down so much and didnt tell anyone. There are also several lawsuits about artificial ingredients but stating they are natural. I am losing my hair, have sores on my scalp, i am taking medications. we were evicted bc of our pay . I earned a car bonus and now k am behind on the payments because they wont pay me what I have earned. They completely violated my contract - my clients were also solicited right as they terminated me- meanwhile they all have these sores too. I need help. PLEASE!!!

      the last is my payout of july 16 only reflecting 

      the car payment 

      i did not get paid my monthly commission from

      July.

       

      I was terminated over assumption without counsel- and over an LLC.

       

      WAY AFTER PAY DAY

      I as ******************* who has been here for 5 loyal years was constantly being abused by her mentor and NO ONe HELPED with years of it. She assisted in getting me terminated but over an LLC. I knew she made a fake ******** like a sting operation. lol. Not funny its absolutely insane. My entire team including my own mother head hunted every time we did GOOD to get us out of the way of commission percentages. 

      Sales are cut throat but it is stalker type behavior and I literally lost 5 years of my job, clients and integrity over this and I have still been incredibly gentle on revealing my side of things. 

       

      This is the ONLY WAY to get a reply which is wrong. 

      I absolutely loved my experience until the recent turn of events. 

      VIP rewards is a joke and no one can afford the product.  Its too bad!!!
