I am very satisfied with my new Coast to Coast roof. I didn't realize I had a lot of hail damage until ******, their representative, went up on the roof to look. It was confirmed by my insurance company, which paid the claim. The work was done quite efficiently in 7 or 8 hours for a ***** square foot house.

First they come in say they are going help us and this will cost us nothing out of pocket insurance will cover it, etc and so forth. They work with people like us all the time. Then it's oh, you have to pay $3000 out of pocket but with depreciation check, you will get that money back. They claimed our fence, our ac, grill, our shed and our roof. They are supposed to arrive on a Saturday, do they? No they arrive in a Thursday without alerting anyone that they are coming, they just show up, in my backyard, with my dogs! They left the gate open then wonder why I'm upset that they show up almost a week late without notice, and release my dogs. So we pay them, because they have to be paid upfront to do the work, and they OVERCHARGE US $400, took 10 days for them to refund that. We ask for a receipt as well as an itemized list of the cost of everything, still waiting for that, especially since they did not complete the work they had been hired to do. The communication with these guys is ridiculous. They guy we were working with for the months leading up to the roof being done, doesn't show up the day of install and hasn't been heard from since. This new guy, sat in his car the whole time the roof was being done playing on his phone! Ridiculous!! Texting him questions, he's literally sitting in his vehicle, NOT RESPONDING.The install begins, while installing they litter the yard with garbage drop nails and other trash all over but also right into our AC conductor which then BLOWS UP THE ******** 2 different AC repair companies came by as well as our insureance company, and explain that all the nails and shingles and everything else they dropped into our AC conductor blew the motor and it is $1700 to repair!!! They did not complete the job, we paid to have our shed's roof dine, they didnt do it and said they will refund us. yet they didn't refund us for the shed but charged us for it and now they want an additional $6000 from us!!!

***************, I am so sorry that you have had such a terrible experience with your roof replacement. I cannot find you in our system as being a customer of ours, so I am wondering if you possibly have the wrong company. We do not work on Saturdays, our crews and salesmen work Monday-Friday so we would not have scheduled you for a Saturday install. We also have not released any reimbursement checks in the last 2 months. We work directly with your insurance company so your only out-of-pocket cost is your deductible. That amount is preset with your insurance company when you set up your policy, and it is illegal for any contractors to waive the deductible fee. After your deductible is paid your insurance company will send out a net claim check before the work is done, a depreciation check after the work is done, and a supplement check if there are any approved supplements on your claim. If we are the contractors who did your roof replacement then we need to address your shed and AC unit that was damaged so I ask that you either call or email our office - ************ or ****************** Again I am so sorry that you had such a bad experience and if we were your contractors we want to do what we can to fix the issues

***************************** and his associates helped me tremendously and handled all the transactions with the insurance and adjuster. They explained all of the process of the financials and of the physical job. The roofers were very efficient and completed the job very precisely and in a timely manner.

We were satisfied with the work that was performed by Coast to Coast. We feel comfortable referring them to friends and family. The work was done in a timely manner and they always made sure to maintain contact with us through out the process. We were very happy once our roof was completed.

Working for this company they will train you for two days put you out in the field to do door to door knocking and fire you within 3 weeks if you dont get enough sales. The expectations of this job are quite crazy I get the whole sales part of it all but when you have people that wont even climb on a two story house to give an inspection I cant really call yall roofers to be quite honest. Im not a disgruntled employee by no means I got one deal in 3 weeks I understand thats not good sales but never having sales experience you would think they give leeway but they dont. Also you only get a truck if you are a top seller so the indeed ad is a lie dont believe that either. The childish games in this company are so high school as well. I say only 3 people working there should actually have their job they actually fire you through text message so unprofessional

We feel the best way to learn how to do door to door sales is to get you out in the field as quickly as possible to be able to learn through experience. We know not every employee is the same so we encourage questions and feedback to better assist with giving the best training to each individual. We do not pressure anyone to get onto a roof that they are not comfortable with and our account managers are our sales team, they are not part of the roofing crew. You are correct in that we have high expectations for our employees, we want everyone we employ to thrive and be the best they can in this position. When an employee is terminated we do require it to be in writing so that we can keep that information in the employee file, however you are correct in that it was unprofessional to be done through a text message and we will be addressing that with all parties. Again, we appreciate you brining these concerns to our attention and we wish you the very best of luck in your future endeavors.

**** was great. Roof was replaced quickly and efficiently. Thorough cleanup upon completion of work. I only wish that one of the 3 bundles of leftover shingles would have been left behind. They were paid for!

First they hired a bunch of non English speaking kids to do the job. They got fired because they were trying to smear caulk on each other while on my roof. Then had to come back for a clogged dryer vent and then a loose roof vent. Now 5 days after our labor warranty they want to change ** for labor. By the way we were on vacation when this happened.

Your account manager did go above and beyond for your home, and our crew was able to complete a full roof installation in just one afternoon. We replaced your roof on 5/19/2021 and unfortunately we do have 2 year labor warranty guarantee as do most contractors.
