These sales people will not stop hounding us. We get a different person in our office weekly and we tell them each time we are not interested. Don't know how else to get the point across to them to leave us alone! We even put up a big no soliciting sign on the front door that they enter through!Globe Life Liberty National Division Response

My husband passed away from Cancer.I talked with ****** in **************** 3 times.Each time she was extremely helpful and answered my questions very patiently. I have attempted to get clarity on my mothers policy since November 2023, when she passed. *** tried phone, email and in person with an agent. First we were told they didnt see any current policy. Then the only policy was old and no longer active. For over 5 years and longer they have auto drafted her account but stopped for no reason, at the time my mother got sick. Weve been told no policy, policy cancelled due to non payment, policy cashed out. Weve requested policy and any paperwork related to cash out. Again since November, still no assistance. ************************* law and similar situation, until finally settled. This used to be a company many of my friends and family used but I would recommend them to anyone. Thank God my mother had a second policy with another company, which honored the policy in just 2 weeks.Globe Life Liberty National Division Response

This company continues to withdraw unauthorized premiums from my checking account although my policy was cancelled in November 2023. The *** advised me on 2/13/24 that another policy was opened in November after the cancellation and that is why I am continuously being charged. I did not open another policy after canceling and this was done without my knowledge. I sent a certified letter to LIBERTY NATIONAL DIVISION PO BOX 8080 ******** ** ***** to make another attempt to cancel as instructed by the *** and have received no response. There have been numerous requests to cease withdrawals from my checking account from this ********************** and I continue to receive bills and unauthorized withdrawals . This is yet another attempt to stop taking unauthorized payments from my checking account and I am requesting a refund of all unauthorized payments taken from my account since November 2023, when the policy was cancelled. I had 2 salesman come to my office to tell me about their products. A few days later, 2 different salesman came to my office to follow up. I told them that we are not interested in their products. One of the first salesman sent an email to me a week later. I told them we are not interested in their products again. The 2nd two salesman showed up at my office again 8 days later, but i was not there at that time. ******************************* sent me an email advising that he was there and missed me. I asked him not to come back since we are not interested in his products and I work from multiple offices. He advised that he was going to come back, anyways. I told him that I am asking him not to return to our property and any further visits would be considered trespassing. He sent another email back saying that he has a license to visit people, so he is not trespassing. I responded to let him know that he is trespassing if he is asked not to return by the business. It can also be considered harassment. Again, I asked him not to come back. I have blocked his emails and hope that he doesn't come back, or I will file a legal complaint with the local police. I asked to have my ex-wife removed from a cancer policy that I had for over 15 years. A representative came by my work with the paperwork and I thought it was done. What happened is the agent removed my payroll deduction and my policy lapsed and was through no fault of my own. Policies that have lapsed cannot be reinstated. all this because of an incompetent agent! If I could give no stars I would.Globe Life Liberty National Division Response

Liberty National Life Insurance Company (the Company) acknowledges Mr. ******** complaint. According to the Companys records, it appears the accountant with Mr. ******** employer must have been provided with the new deduction amount to remove his ex-wife from coverage, however, his policy was not reissued as the agent failed to submit the reissue documentation.As such, partial premium amounts were either paid or refunded causing Mr. ******** policy premiums to fall behind. Mr. ******** policy was removed from payroll deduction on November 7, 2023 when it became over 79 days past due. Letters were mailed to Mr. ******** home address each time a partial payment was paid or refunded.Unfortunately, our ********************* is unable to discuss Mr. ******** complaint with the agent, as this agent is no longer contracted with the Company. Furthermore, if ****************** would kindly write to the Companys **************** at P.O. Box ****, ********, ***** 75070-****, to advise if he wishes to reinstate his policy, we will gladly assist him. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused ******************. If *************** feels that certain cancer benefits have not been paid for charges already submitted, then we require the providers name, date of service, and the specific benefit applicable for review. We will be happy to review any additional billing submitted to the Company. Additionally, the Company sent *************** correspondence summarizing the details of the cancer benefits via certified mail today, January 25, ****.
