My wife had a DPS road test in the Allen office on October 22. As soon as we walked into the office, we experienced the rude attitude of the instructor. He realized that we are foreigners and his racist attitude came to the surface immediately. After the road test, the instructor informed us that my wife failed the test. When i asked about the reasons, he said that everything was fine but she was driving slowly during the road test. The instructor also told us that my wife did not stop before the white mark on the road. The instructor also told that my wife did not fully look over her shoulder before changing lanes. Although she admits that she was driving slowly, she did not accept the instructor's claims that she did not stop before the white mark on the road and that she did not fully look over her shoulders before changing lanes. She knew about all these tested points before the test and she paid enough attention to these points. The instructor is lying because he wanted to fail my wife. It is impossible that my wife made the mistakes claimed by the instructor. When we asked about her score (as she had to score less than 70 points), the instructor refused to share any score with us. It is very sad to see people like him are working as instructors. I wish that I had a camera mounted in the car to sue this instructor as he is definitely lying .

      Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/05) */ Penalties for impeding traffic Texas can be far reaching due to the point system that they utilize. Texas, like any other state, levies fines on people who impede traffic by driving too slowly and thereby creating hazardous conditions for other drivers. In Texas, however, impeding traffic is considered a moving violation with many penalties associated with it. This customer was driving well below the posted speed of 45. Driving School of North Texas realize it is difficult to accept disappointing news. Are job as a DPS TPST Road Test provider is to simply reflect and grade based on Texas Law. The Husband was not present in the car during the Road Test, "fact". The fact that he represents himself as a "foreigner" has no bearing on the result of this Test. We treat everyone the same. A side note: This examiner is a retired police offices. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/11/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They just hide the fact that my wife was failed by a racist instructor. There is no lower speed limit in Texas.
