I arrived for my appointment October 27th. I was told that my appointment for the day was going to cost $250, so I paid for my appointment and went to sit in the waiting area. About 10 minutes later the lady at the front desk calls me back up to explain what she charged me for was an outstanding balance from back in May not for the appointment I was told it was paying for. Also that I need to pay another $350 to see the doctor that day. I asked to speak to the billing manager because they lied about what they were running my card for. To which the billing manager refused me a refund and said it was my fault for not answering her phone calls the day before. I was responding to the text stating I would be attending the appointments the days prior. The lady at the front who ran the card even admitted to the manager that she didn't tell me that she was running my card for an outstanding balance. The manager told her to be quite and kept trying to argue with me about not being able to give a refund.
