I was mislead to purchase a vehicle that was not an upgrade to my current Vehicle. I was in the market to Purchase a diesel **** HD Silverado 2022. I arrived at the airport and was picked up by sales agent and did a visual inspection of the Interior. Then I got on my way and pulled up at a gas station, I proceed to fill up the *********** pulled the diesel nozzle and it wouldn't fit in the filling department and thats when I noticed the truck it self was not a Diesel engine. In fact is was a gas vehicle. So I called the sales agent back and he said he would return my call. after spending 1 hours wait for a call back no one ever called me back, So I proceed to head back to ********** then the following day I called back and they want to buy the truck back for a fraction of what I paid for it. The sales people knew from the start I was in the market for a Diesel vehicle.I can't get any resolution from them. Please help meBusiness response

On 11/16/2021 Mr ******** called our Dealership which is located in ***** From ********** on a specific Stk number he found on our website online. We negotiated price, secured financing and finalized the deal. At no time was the engine discussed that we sold hi and he bought the vehicle he seeked out to buy and picked from our website. In regard to their response, that is not true, actually the conversation I had was with *************************, i mentioned to him that I was in the market to "UPGRADE" my current vehicle Wich was 2011 Diesel 3500HD Duramax dully. I repeated to the salesmen i wanted diesel truck vehicle. So, i just assumed that was what I was buying. Why would I want to down grade, that makes no since? Having a gas driven vehicle would makes no since and especially all my vehicles are Disel. If someone would give me a call i could explain my self even better. ************ Thanks ***************************Customer response
