    We hired Stream Foundation Repair to fix the foundation of our 1890 pier and beam home, and the experience exceeded every expectation. **** and his team are extremely knowledgeable, and the work was completed in a timely manner with excellent craftsmanship.Where other companies failed, Stream Foundation repair made it happen. Our home is now properly supported and leveled. They installed pilings under our pier and beam foundation and backed the work with a 5-year transferable warranty. What makes this team stand out is that they are the only company offering the option to extend the warranty beyond the initial 5 years for just $350 per year, for as long as you want, provided the lumber under the foundation remains in good condition.For typical pier and beam foundation repairs with blocks only, they provide a 2-year warranty and also offer the same option to extend it after the initial period ends.**** and his team brings a personal touch to the job that big companies cant match. Stream Foundation Repair handles foundation repair, leveling, house raising, French drains, and moreand they do it with care and professionalism.Bottom line: If you have foundation problems, especially with an older home, I cannot recommend Stream Foundation Repair enough. They deliver results, peace of mind, and a warranty program no one else offers
