I bought a car that Ive had 5 weeks before the transmission went out so it was a Saturday and they couldnt get it towed , which understood it was Saturday after 3 pm . So that Monday they were supposed to come pick it up and I had to be there with the key . The tow truck shows up and takes it. So a by a week and a half later I call them to see whats going on with the car , well no answer no call back for an entire week goes (2 1/2weeks that they have it) I get asked what happened before it broke explained that it fine and then at a red light went to pull out and trans didnt work it sounded like a slipping clutch then the rpms revved up and spun the tires . Knowing it wasnt good we pulled over and called . So after 3 weeks with the car I finally got a phone call it needs a transmission and we should have it back soon . So I call no call backs after my wife called everyday and so have I and no calls back . Then at the end of that week I finally get a call from a manager she would look into it so service department calls me back saying the warranty has to be approved and it was as Im on the phone with her . So I should have it back with in a few days . Again I call to check on it and no call back no text no nothing from them . We are now at 4 plus weeks without the car and no one calls back again . DO NOT go here . The sales ***************** was great unfortunately the business its self is not . At this point I just want my down payment back because Im paying for a car we havent had in a month . I have a disabled wife and they could care less

Bought a SUV not knowing the transmission was going out. Their mechanic said that was how those vehicles sound three weeks after I bought it. Now want to charge me $3750 for new transmission. Found out ****** Rogues and pathfinders have transmission failures after ******* miles. **** them in no longer wish to keep the car since I would end up paying for a new transmission every two or three years. They informed me they do not take voluntarily surrender and would report it as a repossession. Pretty bad business practice in my view especially since they have the car!!!! They get your money and vehicle.

They are not reporting my payments which is also a problem for my credit! I pray that only people will see them as the crooks they are and I won't refer anyone to them unless they are willing to deal with the difficulties of problems that comes with it
