I went in to get a phone battery replaced since mine kept dying so fast. Was told they would put a original apple part since they have a little contract going on. After 3 days of use the battery was not lasting once again. I decided this time to take it to an actual apple store. The tech at the store told me the device did not have an actual original part but instead a third party! I took my device back to the cpr store and demanded my money back but they didn't want to give it to me and kept arguing and fighting with me until I said I will *** them and contact corporate for fraud and false advertisement. BEWARE EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO ANY LOCATIONS IN SAN ANTONIO THEY ARE OWNED BY THE SAME SCAMMER. You will only be getting fake parts not original. Stay away from all CPRs they cannot be trusted.Initial Complaint

Imagine going into a cell phone repair place youve visited before as a previous customer and then going to jail at the end of that journey to fix your phone. thats what i found myself in the most confusing, scary, surreal moments of my life. as i went to retrieve my phone he was adamant about unlocking it and putting sim my phone and new screen was on it . i repeatedly asked to pay foe my phone so i could leave and can he give back device once i unlocked it for him. he said he was taking it to backfor to secure it when i said no i wanted to pay for it bc he was acting strangely. i proceeded to follow him into area and he started to yell it was HIS phone!!!! he kept it from me and aqueezed it almost breaking it and would not let me have it so i can dial 911.i asked him to call 911, i look around and try to find any other phone and none worked i yelled he was freaking me out an dnot allowin gme to pay for my devoce or call 911 and said i was gonna use a store cell phone loudly bc he was not giving me mine and all this is on store cams i records and backups with govt agency. the police push me out store as im tying to see what is being said to be able to defend myself and i go to jail for theft and now i have to go to court for this . all bc of a phone i gave the officer and explained i had no way to call 911. while i was locked up was being used and accessed with debug logs in anyalytics confirming it was being used while i was incarcerated. what kind of bussiness woud do that to a customer and tow vehicle have to bond out and go to court all while and going through your data free of charge and declaring it THEIR PHONE on store cameras????on top of that iwasnt allowed my phone onceout of jail unless i paid for the screen.id rather have gone else this business needs a DO NOT RESUCITATE ORDER !!!!!!!!stamped on the door or with a news crew EVERYONE will be interested bc everyone could relate to it the business:CPR ***** **************************** ***** 210 788 8
