4/10/22 - We had our home warranty, “******** **** ********”, assign Doc Adam Heating and A/C from **** *** ***** as the company to complete a service call. 04/12/22 - Approximately 4pm - Two men in a personal, unmarked minivan came to check our AC unit. We explained that another company had let us know the motor/fan was fatigued and the compressor was fatigued in our unit. According to the other company, our issue was that the AC was pulling too much power from the breaker and it would trip. These men proceeded to rewire our electrical box without permission and stated that all the breakers were old and create a huge fire hazard that needed to be fixed immediately. They offered to replace the breakers for $550, despite not being licensed electricians. We refused, and they left. We have air, but now no working dryer. They created more problems than they fixed and tampered with an electrical breaker outside of their expertise.Business response

It is unfortunate that your experience with Doc Adams Heating and A/C, LLC. was not good. I understand your concern with your electrical panel. I have no problem covering the cost of a licensed electrician to check and repair any breakers related to your drier or A/C system. I appreciate you bringing this situation to my attention. I hope that in the future you might consider Doc Adams Heating and A/C, LLC for your heating and air-conditioning needs.
