I have been purchasing from this boutique for a while. I did not receive the two packages I was asking her about in my messages. The lady at the boutique turned in tracking numbers on packages I have received from her before to make it look like I received the two packages I never got then she blocked me so now I have no way to get in contact with her and the bank said since she turned in those tracking numbers even tho they are not right it is up to me to try and get my money back. In one of the messages she told me that some packages got sent back to her and she would check on them but she never did. I pray there is some way yall can help me to resolve this matter.. I ordered on 4/5/23, Still have not received my items. I was told after complaining to afterpay that it was a special order. Then i went on one of her lives sales and was told it was delivered and that she (*******) would look into it. After many many messages and emails still no resolution. I simply wanted a tracking number or proof of delivery and where it was sent to. Still no tracking number has been given to me. It's a shame that these people have stolen my money and if it was delivered then why can't they provide me with the proof? Now they have decided to go on another one of their business pages and do sales there, and i have been blocked from sending messages through that page. I have pages of emails, messages and text messages and phone logs of trying to get a resolution.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 pair of in stock ready to ship Hey dudes on MARCH 31, 2023 and today is MAY 26, 2023. I have NOT received my items, nor do they want to respond to my messages.
