This business has falsely identified as a moving and trucking business. They do have a registered LLC title or permit to undertake moving services.A large amount of our furniture and personal belongings were damaged, STOLEN, and undelivered to our new address. This 'company' does not respond to any form of communication. We have tried multiple phone calls, emails, as well as leaving voicemails in order to try and resolve this matter. We have never received financial compensation for the damage and missing/stolen ******** fact we were yelled at over the phone, mocked, hung up on, and multiple employees of this moving company refused to give us updates or ***'s in regards to delivery of our personal items( even though we had paid all dues and deposits before our items were picked up & loaded onto the moving truck). We had to file police complaints with local police in order to track down the moving truck and track the phone numbers of the employees we were speaking to over the phone.

Date of transaction began 9/7/24 to a company called Top Tier moving company. A second deposit was made 9/17/24 for additional items added after I told I would no longer have additional charges after the first transactions. At p/u on 9/18/24 the mover demanded I give him a $300 tip and he would take all my belongings with no extra fees. The company was still asking for my $460 payment in cash, zelle or money order but not western union money order. The mover then told me the company legally has 4 to 5 business day to take get our belongs to the destination. The mover who picked up our belong was ***** **** ******. I did not receive my belongings till October 1st when my delivery date was supposed to be 9/20/24. At Delivery they demanded $1000 from me to deliver my items to my apartment in the 3rd floor when I was told that the extra charge for flights was already on my estimate. The driver then unloaded all my belongs and dumped them right by the first flight of steps when I was told the first 21 steps were no charge. The delivery guy refused to take them up the 21 steps and also did not assemble any of my belongings the company had unassembled at pick up. Most of my belongings had been smashed, broken and boxes were torn when delivered to me. The delivery guy left without giving me my final signed contract and I also had missing belongings. Manager of the additional company who apparently delivered my items was ****** *****.

August 9-10, 2024 Business engages in bait and switch and extortion. I was estimated a price from move safe then they contracted out to 365 moving. When the movers came, I magically took up more room and needed to purchase the entire truck for almost $3000 more. I had no choice but to pay and continue because we had to get out of our house and they know that. They leave you in an impossible situation and use your time and belongings against you to pay their marked up prices. At the end, I was asked to sign a new contract with this company when I had signed already with move safe. Again, I was forced to sign as all of my belongings were held hostage on their truck. I was also charged $450 in supplies even though I had my own and never asked for them to use theirs. They also failed to itemize any of the supplies that were used. Today, one man showed up to unload when it took 3 men to load. Ill be filing with Texas state attorney general also.

Im *********************************. I turned 60 on April 6 of this year. *** never had a lot of money, having been in the restaurant industry most of my life. My aunt passed away and left me a little money. I decided to move to ************** and try to find a place I could call my own. The first Ive ever owned . After a month of looking at every possible option, I finally found a house. I had thought to rent a u haul to move my belongings. But my sister told me she had spoken to a sales person from bright star moving .they told her based off a preliminary list that they could move my things for 1500$. She gave them an 800$ deposit and I paid her back. She then provided them with a very accurate list.down to the inch and the day before the movers arrived they increased the price 700$. I was told I could not cancel because the movers were due within 24 hours and I needed to give them 72 hours. I paid them. This left 1400$ remaining on the latest contract. The movers arrived and put everything on the truck and said that now there portion of the fee went from 1400$ to 2600$.not including what I had already been force to pay to the broker.after arguing w them and even asking them to to my things off there truck, they said that would be 800$, I cried I argued and eventually was strong armed into signing an agreement to there terms. I told them I hoped to see them in 8-10 hours w my things.and paid them half, with the other half be due upon delivery. I have been sitting in an empty house for 15 days waiting. Ive called the movers (365 Moving ******* and after getting a voicemail that was full for the first week , I finally reached them. Bright star and 365 moving cant tell me were my belongings are and wont give me a delivery date. I expect that if they ever do bring my things that they will try to ***** me for more money for a storage that I never asked for or wanted. I just want my property, and for this nightmare to be over

Hired North American Moving to handle an interstate move. North American Moving brokered my move out to 365 Moving and Trucking. 365 picked up my items 4/12/2024 to deliver my items 4/28/2024, a week past the scheduled delivery. Within 24 hours after delivery my items were unpacked by myself to discover 45% of my items were damaged, destroyed or missing. Total damages close to $7,000. I filed a claim through third party company CSI Pros with a settlement option of $219.62. I agreed to the settlement of 5/03/2024 and told via CSI Pros that 365 Moving and Trucking had 45 days from my acceptance to pay. 365 Moving and Trucking on the 45th day of the payout deadline notified CSI Pros that they had yet to mail out any payment. My last communication with 365 Moving and Trucking was 4/21/2024. They have ceased communication as of 4/21/2024 and have yet to reimburse me for my claim. They are in breach out their own contract.

365 moving picked up our items on May 6, 2024, and in the process of packing the truck the following occurred - a speaker was dropped on our tv screen, they told us our original contract of $1200 was not enough and the cost would now be $3160. After they finished packing the truck, they told us it was actually $3960, and tried to say they told us the $3160 was in addition to the $800 deposit we had already paid. The movers became extremely hostile, resulting in us asking them to call their supervisor. We told the supervisor they were charging us improperly and had quoted us $3160 and that if they werent going to honor that price we wanted our things taken off the truck. The supervisor laughed at us and told us wed already signed the contract and if we wanted the stuff removed wed have to pay an additional unloading fee. He then told us he would split the difference and give us a few hundred dollars off and would send us a new contract, which we never received. The supervisor called me on 6/8/2024 and told me the truck with our things was packed and ready to go, and when we asked when the truck would be here and our things would be delivered, he told me the driver would call me when he was leaving the warehouse to give me a heads up. As of today, May 9, 2024, I had not heard from the driver and called the supervisor to ask when the truck would arrive. He said he would check with the driver but now refuses to call us back or take our calls. Our items are being held hostage by a company we can no longer get ahold of. We want our things delivered, we want them to not be broken from the multiple loading and unloading that has occurred, and we would like the original price of $3160 that we agreed to to be honored. This company is extremely dishonest and the reviews on BBB have us doubting whether we will ever receive our things.

On 3/14, we contracted with a company for moving services. At that time, we were told that the company had their own trucks, I would be in touch with "***" constantly and the items would never go to a warehouse. On 3/19, a driver randomly shows up ready to move our things. Now, this company was not contracted by us nor approved. During the interaction, they upped the price (even though we had less than originally quoted). In addition, the driver was threatening and aggressive with my daughter (young, small, and inexperienced). He threatened my daughter with a lot of different tactics such as "you have to sign this agreement right now or you won't get your things, etc" Stuff like that. All the while, she was being delayed from work and the driver knew this. . .adding to the frustration. So he took her things and said they would be delivered that Saturday the 23rd. But, to no ones, surprise, it wasn't delivered for two weeks. The company was extremely rude basically saying they can do whatever they want according to the ***** He didn't have to deliver for at least a month. The items went to some random warehouse. Would not give any time frame as to when they would be delivered. Fast forward to the day they finally decide to show up, Easter Sunday. They knew full well we would not be able to get ahold of the original company we contracted with. Many items were damaged in transit and/or missing. I was threatened by the owner of the company because I questioned their business practices. The fact that you have this company as an A+ rating go to show it was bought. Every single person should be warned that this company uses questionable laborers, threaten clients, and do not even remotely do their job.

I called what I thought was a moving company - Move Safe Relocation - but "****" did not inform me that he was in fact a broker. He estimated the total would be about $3000 and he accepted a pre-paid deposit of $1249.46. Next we heard from a different company "365 Moving and Trucking LLC" and they suddenly demanded on the spot day of moving another $2500. We also could only pay in cash, Zelle, or a money order. We were desperate to move so we paid. We were expected to pay $1726.09 upon delivery. I kept asking for the Bill of Lading but did not receive until 10 days later and there was a "scribble" instead of where my signature should have been. I got a phone call from business ******** (in *****) saying the truck would be delivered in a couple of days. Then we received from a women who said that the truck wouldn't even get out of the warehouse in ********* without paying another $726.09 by *****. Then they demanded that we have another $1000 made out as a **** money order with the name left blank to give to the driver. The mover finally arrived five days after I was originally told it would arrive. Then the mover refused to even open the truck before receiving the final money order. I showed it to him but would not give it to him until I saw he had my things in the truck. He said he would require another $175/hour for extra time "bickering about it". At this point, I called the police. Only after he talked with the police was he willing to open the door so I could see that my things were actually in there. Fortunately, the two policemen filed a report and stayed through the unpacking of my things. In the end there were missing and broken things:Missing things: A twin box spring and 50" Soni flat-screen TV Broken things: Large wooden framed antique mirror, 4-wheeled kitchen cart, antique wooden chair. The movers did not check things properly before packing up the truck. With missing and broken things, I did not sign off on the final delivery. Shady and criminal.
