On 4-8-24 we used Apache for a 4 room move with a 2nd stop to get a washer and drier out of ******. The trailer too small only designed for 2-3 rooms, previously they had a 5th wheel trailer that was 7-9 feet longer. After taking 3 hours to get our stuff out of storage, they said they wanted a 30 min lunch break. After 75 minutes they came back with blood shot and glazed over eyes smelling like weed. Yes they operated a truck and trailer HIGH, then they blocked our new neighbors driveway, when I asked them to please move it they argued with me. The rest of the move went painfully slow. Our last 4 moves with Apache with more items took 4 hours **** ****** and ***** didnt even get to ****** to pick our items up and it took 7.5 hours. After complaining to their dispatcher for 20 minutes they took 2 hours off which still wasnt enough. We will never use them again.

They were not very professional. They left our items damaged and I would definitely NOT use them again and NOT recommend. One staff was polite but didn't follow his own instructions that everything would be wrapped for protection; half our items weren't wrapped after asking multiple times. The other staff was argumentative and doesn't care about respecting clients items, leaving them on the wet and soiled ground. Stay away from this company. We were not compensated for the damage.Review from Kathy S

The Movers, ***** and ****** from Apache Moving and Storage moved us from ******, ** to *******, ** on Oct. 4/5th, 2023. They were excellent movers. We had some issues with not getting everything on the truck and these guys went above and beyond by working late and continuing to load another truck after we secured one. They were so good to **************** every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for nicer, more flexible, and accommodating guys to help us. I would recommend Apache and these two guys to anyone looking for a good moving experience!!Review from Misti D

The movers scratched my bedroom floors in 6 places. While moving my dresser they also took a junk of wood in 2 places from my door frame because the dresser did not fit. I watched him do this and after the damage was done he asked for his partners help.I was told to send pictures of the damage to the company to file a claim. Apache moving responses with we spoke with our crew and they said they did not damage your home.They are not taking responsibility or offering and monetary help in this matter. My home is on the market and I now have to spend time and money repairing the master bedroom. I would not recommend them.Apache Moving & Storage Response

As previously discussed, our crew-members did not cause any damage to your floor or door trim. **********members have worked with Apache Moving and Storage for several years. They both are honest hard working family men. Ultimately, we provided a service for you. You were fully aware of the cost of the move prior to move day. You tried multiple times during your move to get a discounted rate. We will not be held responsible for something we did not cause.

I was quite eagered to do business with this moving company, what turned out to be a great first initial conversation ended with a moving company that truly doesn't care about their customers or the items they're moving.I recently purchased a home and was so excited to use my previous moving company unfortunately they were booked on the day I needed my items to be moved. After searching through yelp I came across this company,their reviews are average but one thing I noticed is the bad reviews are really BAD and the good reviews were REALLY good. I reached out for a quote and received the information needed, spoke to a representative who was quite amazing so I booked with them. The movers called to say they were running a little behind because they had a previous job, I told them no problem- let me know whenever they're on their way. Almost 2 hours later I checked in and they mentioned they were on their way. They arrive, pull out what's needed and assess the areas, and asked what's being moved and proceeded to fill out paperwork. During this time the mover explains to me the clock has started for me move, therefore I explained the representative that I spoke with prior stated the time begins when the movers begun moving their first piece of furniture, and nothing had been touched he agreed then they began moving items.I live on the 3rd floor but I only asked for the movers to take only my heavy items, washer and dryer, king sized bedroom set, China cabinet, a couch, chair and loveseat, a twin mattress, an entertainment center and 8 boxes. Again these were only half of my items, if even.The movers took over 4 hours just to get these items down to the truck, my previous guys moved everything within 1.5 hours.... Once we arrive to my home I asked for everything to be place in my ********* asked my family to come help me move my things and while doing so I found my TV was broken, I reached out and the Company basically stated it was my fault and not theirs.Apache Moving & Storage Response

Hello Jocquani,
You hired Apache Moving and Storage at the hourly rate of $160.00 per hour with a two hour minimum. You scheduled your move for May 26, 2023 with a 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm arrival time at your pick up address. ******** arrived at 3:00 pm which is listed on your moving contract. You filed a complaint with us for a damaged television on June 14, 2023. We emailed and mailed you a claim acknowledgement letter on June 14, 2023. We then emailed and mailed you a final settlement letter on July 3, 2023 after your claim had been reviewed. Your claim was denied due to the following:
"Per your email to us on June 14, 2023, everything which includes your television was moved from the garage into your house by you, your brother, or your father; therefore, Apache Moving and Storage will not be responsible for any damage to your television."
In your BBB review, you mentioned being told the clock would start when the movers began moving the first item. This is not correct. The clock starts upon arrival at the pick up destination on all hourly moves. A move may take longer since the crew had to use an elevator or stairs especially when the elevator wasn't reserved for your move and had to be shared with other people.
We are a 27 year old company which takes great pride in our customer service.
