I'd like to recognize Mr. Blake ******** with Beveridge Roofing & Construction. Blake is such an asset to their company and deserves to be recognized for his exceptional job performance. A previous customer referred me to the company, specifically Mr. Blake ********* My call was returned promptly, and Blake came out the same day to inspect the roof. Within a few hours he called and set up an appointment to meet, which was made within the same week if not the next day. Mr. ******** came out to my home and explained the process of filing insurance and windstorm certification, in detail. He walked me through every step and reviewed the paperwork, line by line assuring all my questions were answered. Blake was personable, courteous, informative, and provided detailed information. He is exceptionally qualified and an extremely professional young man. Blake went over and beyond the call of duty. The customer service provided by Mr. Blake ******** exceeded my expectations, from start to finish. Not to mention, the roofing crew. They arrived promptly at 6:00AM & rang the doorbell to inform me of their arrival. The equipment was unloaded and quickly they began to work. There was landscaping completed a week prior to installment of the roof; everything was covered, assuring the plants would not be damaged. They left no stone unturned and no nails! Finally, the roof! Never did I imagine a roof could be beautiful. The roof installed on my home is BEAUTIFUL. I am very pleased with the decision made to use Beveridge Roofing and Construction. Replacing a roof isn't something most of us enjoy. And while I can't say I enjoyed the process, Blake ******** of Beveridge Roofing did everything possible to make it relatively painless. He explained every step, worked with my insurance company, protected my AC and pool from debris, and pressure washed the patio, driveway, and courtyard afterwards. I strongly recommend Blake and Beveridge Roofing.Review from Steven C

Most of us only replace a roof 2-3 times in our lifetime, so to be fair, I do not have any comparisons as this is my first one. Beveridge worked well with the insurance company and sold their capabilities very well. Harrison communicated clearly and kept us informed during the process. Keep in mind, most roofing companies subcontract the roof installation to a crew in the Houston area, and Beveridge is no different. Their crew was timely, professional, hardworking and completed 3000 sq ft in one day. Minimal damage to landscaping. They repaired one section of underlayment that was an issue from the house build, 30 yrs ago. Nail cleanup was about 95%, and nothing got into the pool, hot hub, and filter system The issues came after the initial installation and fortunately, I was able to withhold a 30% payment until they were corrected. Out of the 22 reviews, I did not read anyone walking the roof post replacement. One roofer was sent back two months later for repairs and shingle misalignment. He spoke minimal English and neither Beveridge rep was available to translate. One gutter end cap was ripped off, only visible from standing on the roof. Instead of replacing the end cap, the roofer tried to hammer it back in place. Needless to say, that didn't work. Rain sensor was broken versus unscrewing it before demo. One section of gutter was twisted and not replaced. I corrected 3 fishmouth defects by self repair. After requesting drone pictures on multiple occasions after the drone was flown, I gave up. When questioning visual defects 60 days after installation in the hottest Houston summer on record, Beveridge suggests the warranty period is after 90 days. Beveridge has not followed up since they received the last payment, and that was 3 months ago. Based upon my experiences, I rate Beveridge an average company.

This company was supportive from the start of the process to completion- including dealing with insurance and Windstorm certification. The install was quick and the crew did a great job of clean up- I didn't find a single nail on the ground after they were finished! We chose an energy efficient underlayment and decking and have seen a significant decrease in out monthly energy cost. Harrison Wright with Beveridge Roofing & Construction is very knowledgeable about roofing. He took the time to explain everything to us. He walked us through the whole process. Harrison helped reassure us when the insurance company only wanted to repair our roof. He provided the necessary test and information to gain approval for our roof replacement. His crew was able to completely replace our roof in one day… from delivery of materials to clean up! Very positive and professional experience.Review from elen R

This company is simply the best in the roofing industry. I received 3 estimates from different roofing companies and decided to go with this company because of the great customer service provided to us by their employee/salesman Corey. He was thorough, explained everything in detail, and with his team handled all insurance requirements. He met with the inspector from our insurance company and provided us with an approved claim. His roofing team did an excellent job. They arrived early and stayed late and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up completely. We received a visit from the company project manager the next morning after completion to inspect the job. They used quality materials which were exactly what was promised by Cory. This is a superior company. This young energetic owner has the key to organization & team members management. He kept his word about everything ( Chad ******** - valued Manager.) This owner has the knack some how to hire the right guys. Never seen a happier work crew ( ROOFING , right?) That we all know has to be HARD. Easy to be an unhappy employee. Anyway they did a beautiful job, in one day as promised but again, I was shocked he had a huge crew & all the heavy equipment. Also he delivered aerial views of my new roof ( my insurance guy of course needs all the documentation) which the owner (sorry forgot his name) emailed it to my insurance guy so quick. He took care of my roofing project from beginning to end and everything in between. The adjuster agreed with Dean’s assessment, and I was approved for a new roof. Dean oversaw the whole project and was in constant communication with me. During my roofing project, Dean sent pictures of the process since I was working. When I had questions about the process, Dean answered all my questions in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and put all my concerns to rest. I highly recommend this company but more so, I recommend working with Dean Pushard. Thiis was an excellent company to work with. No high pressure from the salesman. Claims being processed up north took the lead over my approval through my insurance company and they followed up and then sat back and patiently waited almost a month before approval came through. When approval came through, it was scheduled in a timely fashion. Job was completed in one days time. Roof looks nice. Good quality shingles were used. I would definitely recommend them to others.
