AC went out at 5:15 in a Friday night. Called my AC guy who said the coils were probably frozen, which they were. Told me to thaw them out and see if that solved the problem and call him back. Didn’t help. Said he couldn’t come out that night. Caller Wray’s AC who I Han not used before. Technician was on site in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem, added Freon, and had the unit cooling in 45 minutes. Compressor had small leak so he recommended several options but did not try to push any particular one. Very reasonable service fee for late on a Friday night. Several days later, I decided to replace my 19 year old unit rather than repair it. Technician came to the house and did a thorough inspection of my entire system. Asked what I wanted in a new unit. Went over several different options but didn’t try to influence me. Bought a new unit. Installation was fantastic. Crew was very professional and helpful. Wray’s brought a portable AC unit to help keep one room cool during the installation. Cleaned up really well after the installation. Could not be more pleased with the whole process. Office personnel are super helpful and very friendly. Will only use Wray’s AC from now on.

My air conditioner went out for three days last week. Another company I called never came out. They had been out the week before & couldn't find anything wrong. It was 92 degrees inside my house, miserable! This company came out 4 hours after I called, & analyzed what was wrong in 5 minutes. He had cold air blowing from the vents in 10 minutes....AMAZING!!! I wish I would have called them to begin with. He checked everything else, filters, attic etc before he left doing a thorough job! By the time we went to bed, it was 76, so happy! From now on this is the only company I will call.
