On September 23, 2022, I tried to purchase bus tickets to ****** on my mobile device with a total cost of $296.00, only to get an error when submitting payment on two attempts. I did not receive a confirmation or alert that the purchase was completed. I then went on to complete my purchase on my laptop for which I received a confirmation after the purchase and the tickets were sent to my email. On September 25, 2022, I noticed there were 3 charges from Omnibus. It was a Sunday so I immediately called my bank, ************ to report the unauthorized transactions. There was a claim created with # ******CL01323 which reported a total of $592 of unauthorized transactions. This claim took a little over 10 days to find that *********** would only refund $296.00 (one transaction) and denied the rest. I was finally able to reach out to Omnibus via email to file my claim on October 18, 2022, only to have them refuse to refund the remaining $296.00. I did not receive a confirmation for these two unauthorized charges which totaled $596. Omnibus has provided the information for the credit requested by *********** with #************ which resolves only one of the unauthorized charges. I have attached a copy of the credit and a copy of my bank statement. I am looking for a refund of $296.00 which is the remaining unauthorized transaction #********. This transaction number was provided by Omnibus on November 16, 2022, almost two months after the transaction.Initial Complaint

I bought a bus ticket using Omnibus Express app on 4/29/2021 for Harlingen, TX. to Houston, TX. at 11:25am for 4/30/2021. I received and emailed ticket. Bus never showed up. Called Omnibus Express and lady at Brownsville, TX. Terminal said the bus was not stopping because I did not call them to tell them I had a ticket. I asked for refund. No refund since it was my fault they said. No were on app or website does it say I needed to call a certain number to let them know.
