    What most impressed me was the interview with *******. Her trying to understand the issues that client has been dealing with , but even more in-depth about the clients overall health history. Also her explanations about the various supplements to improve client experience.

    I buy a years worth at a time. I couldnt lift my arms or move them behind me. Since using Arthrozene, my shoulders have quit hurting and I can use my arms freely again.I have been using it for several years now. I just ordered another 12 bottles. Another year of relief.

    I received 6 bottles of Omega 3 supplements that I did not order, so called to see who had ordered them. I have never signed up for prescription mail order (autoship)The order was sent in by a representative without my ok & I was billed $195 for the 6 bottles, which I did return & will be reimbursed for.

    When you spoke with one of our representatives in December 2024, we discussed setting up a convenient autoship for Omega Total Protect every six months. Based on that conversation, an autoship was created, and on June 13, 2025, you were billed and shipped a six-month supply of Omega Total Protect.
    We understand that you did not recall authorizing this arrangement and want to sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. We also recently updated how our company name appears on billing statementsfrom Fisico or Boston Brain Science to *********************** may have added to the confusion when reviewing the charge.
    As soon as we heard from you, we made sure the order was returned and have processed a full refund. If you havent already seen it reflect in your account, it should appear shortly.
