MFC was amazing through this whole process. The task of getting my mom on Medicaid was so overwhelming, especially when we were dealing with so much already. But MFC was there every step of the way...explaining the process, walking us through each step, providing consistent updates and reaching out and offering assistance above what we initially needed. I have had a very good experience with Medicaid Filing Connection. The approval process is quite lengthy and detailed, but our assistant Ms. ****** was very thorough and informative. She was careful to explain all submissions and patiently availed herself to answer all questions throughout the entire process. When Medicaid responded negatively, she quickly filed a second review, encouraging us to remain hopeful of a positive end. My Mother was finally approved and we are very thankful. Ms. ******** professionalism and patience was not only stress- relieving during a very arduous process, but was really quite remarkable!Review from Joseph M.

All the people I worked with at MCD Connection to get a relative approved for Medicaid were very helpful and caring. They were always as quick as possible getting me any pertinent information along the way. My last POC was ********, and she was always polite, professional, and nice. She made sure to answer All my text questions as soon as she could. Im giving a 4 instead of a 5 for only one reason. They should reach out to the customer more often to ensure they are satisfied. *** and MFC helped me through a very difficult time with getting my mother approved for Medicaid. She is extremely professional, very kind, and caring, and truly was there to help at every step of the way. The Medicaid system has so many loopholes that I would have never been able to navigate it by myself. With *** and her team's help, there was light at the end of the tunnel and I always felt that I wasn't alone in the process. I highly recommend MFC to anyone who finds themselves on the path to helping their family get Medicaid benefits. I dealt with Amy and she has a very difficult job but she was always extremely professional, kind, caring and genuinely wanted to help me and my family and she did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Medicaid Filing, I don't think I could have done what Amy did...
