            I was charged for AC "emergency service" and yet here I am at ************************************************************ fix would cost $3000.00+ even though I tried to show him my Lennox Warranty no contact rest of day (Monday 4 September) and I called and emailed I tried to contact again Tuesday 5 September with no response technician shows ap at 630 pm, Tuesday 5 September to "take a picture of part/#?I think that would have been a good idea Monday, 34 hours earlier?????????????I contacted another provider who plans on install Thursday at 1/2 price ($1600) because of registered warranty Please refund my $190.00 Report Ellis to BBB asap for malpractice/deception

            Ellis Air is a RIP OFF, my unit is 2.5 years old I live in Heritage Oaks, we paid 75 dollars to have the unit service because it was making noise. The tech said the unit was good to go, the noise never went away I called the company again they sent the same tech, this time he found the problem "the motor fan and fan needed replacing. Charge me 200....Tell me what's wrong with this picture, I called to speak with the manager, which I did speak with and he was supposed to talk to the tech and get back with me in ten minute. Am I surprised he didn't call me back. I will tell everyone here in HQ's get Home Shield you will only have to pay 100, instead of getting ripped off by this NONE ********************
