I would offer this company zero stars if possible. I was recommended for them to fix a meter. When I tried to reach them, the voicemail said they were overwhelmed and asked to leave a text message to make an appt. I couldn't go into the whole situation by text as I needed to actually speak with someone, so I wrote what I could explaining that something happened with my dads meter and it needed repair. Id been having issues with TXU (the local electricity provider) in terms of getting a lot of information about the issue and couldn't put all of my father's personal information in a text that I didn't know was secure or not. This was not due to a lack of payment, but I needed to explain that to someone in person as well as what little I knew about the temporary disconnect. I told them that my dad is elderly and had been without power since 9/7/21 due to his meter needing repair. I explained in the text he was supposed to have someone come out on 9/21/21, but unsure if it was an electrician since I cannot reach him. I asked to make an appointment and was willing to pay for the assessment with this company. I further explained that since my dad was without power, he has no way to contact the outside world since his phone wasnt charged and to please contact me. (I have text proof.) Their response is appalling. It said, When you decide to tell the truth as to why he has no power, then I might be able to help. You are not telling me the entire story. No one goes without power in this country without cause. It's unbelievable that they would be willing to participate in treating the elderly this way, as well as their customers, especially after I specifically said that the meter required repair.
