This lady is a ***** and I want to do everything in my power to shut her down. She is very unprofessional. Had me pay a deposit for a dog, became unresponsive and took my money and I never got the dog. She needs to be shut down, I dont know how someone can sleep with themselves at night knowing that they scam people. Karma is real

Business owner corresponded with me over the course of two weeks on a couple of puppies they had. We inquired on Wednesday the 20th if the dogs were still available and requested a meet up. Business owner confirmed and agreed. We inquired again on Friday the 22nd and business owner confirmed both dogs were still available and we could meet on Saturday the 23rd. We informed business owner we were traveling to the hill country to meet. After traveling four and half hours to the hill country to spend the Friday night, we texted the business owner on the morning of Saturday the 23rd what time would be appropriate to meet - and business owner informed us they sold all the dogs. This was after we drove four and a half hours and 300 miles, and confirming prices and availability around noon on Friday the 22nd, the day before the meeting. Business owner prioritized a fast dollar as opposed to respecting an agreed upon meeting with a customer. We were out money, and two days of travel. Business owner did nothing to rectify. It creates concerns of unethical breeding practices as the tendency of the business owner is more focused on fast dollar than honoring meet and greets and wasting everyone elses time and money. We have multiple text messages confirming availability and confirming the meet up over a period of several days leading up to the meeting. And then in under 24 hours sold the dogs out from under us and provided no communication to us they were cancelling the meeting and no longer had availability.

BUYER BEWARE. Would not recommend attempting to do business with them. Tried buy a puppy this morning 5/10/2023. Seemed fine at first. Was told they can meet in ************* then they wanted payment in form of Venmo Cash app or card. Told them I had cash and thats when it started. She said Im out of ***** today and I have a nanny watching the dogs but the nanny could meet me today but wanted me to pay with app or card. I said I already have cash in hand and now no response. Looking back there were signs. Weird way they sent video and they only had certain pics of puppies and parents. Not sure if they have any dogs now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! We Purchased our pup ****** on Dec 4, 2021 and I was told that he was healthy and that his vaccination records were up to date. He began having issues with his back legs at the end of March and lost most function in them by June. After many tests and $1000's of dollars later, we were informed that he had a neurological disorder that was most likely caused from overbreeding. We had to put our sweet boy down on June 26th because he was in so much pain and no surgery could fix the issues that he had. I reached out to the breeder and let her know our situation, and asked what steps we needed to take to honor the warranty agreement. After promising another pup month after month, she never followed through with her promise. The breeder violated the terms of their Purchase Agreement / Health Guarantee. They also refuse to refund us the money we paid for the puppy. She is rude, heartless, and has done nothing but lie repeatedly. Please save yourself from heartache, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PUPPY MILL!!!!!

We purchased our Frenchie on Feb 12 2022. **** was very responsive via text message. I did request phone conversations with her, however, I think she prefers text as English isn't her first language. However, *** was still very responsive via text whenever I had a question about the dog. I had some reservations before making the purchase because of these reviews, however, *** was very patient with me and provided everything I requested her to do. She even followed up with me a week after to check to ensure everything was fine. My frenchie was checked within 72 hours and the only thing she had was coccidia, which I was told was common with dogs purchased from breeders. Other than that, my experience with *** was great. Would recommend.

On Nov 28th, after receiving an email alerting me of a new litter of puppies that were available for purchase, I reached out to ***************************** for more information about a French Bulldog. On Dec 2nd, we purchased him for $2,500. We were told that he was healthy and that his vaccination records were up to date. Instead, the puppy was infected with a viral infection, Bordetella bronchiseptica, and a bacterial infection, Mycoplasma cynos. These infections led to their respective types of pneumonia and ultimately led to his demise on December 12th - 10 days after purchasing him. The breeder violated the terms of their Purchase Agreement / Health Guarantee. They lied about the health of the puppy and his medical records. They also refuse to refund us the money we paid for the puppy, let alone cover his medical expenses. Do not buy French Bulldogs from this company. They are a puppy mill.
