Southern Painting did an awesome job repairing walls and repainting the entire house getting it ready to sell. I can't speak more highly of the estimator and crew that completed the work, they answered all questions, dealt with changes to the job with ease and overall they made my life easier. I will definitely use Southern Painting again for all of my painting needs.Review from Nick F

Thomas and Chris have done multiple projects for me in many different homes I've purchased. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a designer that came out and also helped me with colors which was something no other company offered. I would recommend them to anybody!! It is always been a pleasure working with them. Extremely reasonable price Plus great quality and they always answer the phone when I called which is very hard to find these days.Southern Painting (Katy) Response

Project: Interior and Exterior The “Owner”, representative for Southern Painting, Thomas *******, for Katy, Texas, questioned and was unprofessional towards me, the Customer, with my disappointment of the painting service. There was minor disruption with property that respectfully should have been addressed; both to property owner and to Southern Painting that day. Thomas said he would ask “Charge-On-Site if that did happened. There will be a On-Site review, in the future, with the Representative and the Charge-On-Site only because Thomas is obligated to represent the business. The painting service for the interior is unacceptable. The Representative explained my questions for being displeased with the outer house and I understood a bit better. This review is because the Katy Owner, Thomas *******, mannerisms were unprofessional.Southern Painting (Katy) Response

From my understanding, there are a few lines that are not straight enough, and our painter is supposed to return today to touch up these lines. The paint job was done on Tuesday. The customer told us that today, Friday, is the first day that she would be available for us to come and touch up. We have our representative and our painter scheduled to be there at 1:00 PM today. As always, we stand behind our work and our commitment to complete our jobs at or above industry standards. If any of our workers damage any property in the process of completing the job, we will happily replace or recompensate the cost of any damaged items. Our painters have a track record of professionalism and we trust that they will continue to be professional amid any difficulties or misunderstandings that may be had with a customer. We look forward to completing the touch-ups today and for the customer to pay for the work that was done on their home. Thank you, Thomas
