A&J Gate Operator provided a driveway gate repair in September of 2021. The technician improperly adjusted the gate settings, and did not test the settings prior to leaving the property. Due to the improper settings, it caused the gate to close on a vehicle causing damage. Upon follow-up, the technician agreed the damage was due to his fault, and management requested we file a claim with our insurance, and provide A&J's contact information for settlement, in which they would utilize their company insurance. A&J has since not responded to any calls, emails, or texts from both ***** **** Insurance and the customer to resolve the settlement. I am requesting either a response to ***** ****, by paying for the costs incurred from the damage for $1,887.81, or providing the customer a payment of $500, which was lost from the deductible incurred from filing a claim on the personal vehicle insurance.Business response

Our insurance is still investigating this matter but until this matter is solved I cannot comment.
