    On January 28, 2025 New World Auto Transport hired my company to move a vehicle for their client, the agreed rate was $450.00 the load was successfully moved the next day. The receiver signed for the receipt of the vehicle. New World Auto Transport was billed on January 29th and since then we have been reaching out to follow up on payment. ***** at first responded saying payment is on the way and after a couple more follow *** with the same response and me asking when should we expect it? then all responses from New World Auto Transport stopped and they have not paid for the work that was done. All we are asking is for payment on the work we did.

    This letter is to inform you that NEW WORLD TRANSPORT LOGISTICS LLC has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 4/17/2025 and assigned ID ********. I spoke to the business and verified it was a minor oversight, they graciously corrected the issue.
