Called Bannister Plumbing to have them give me an estimate in a bathroom remodel. They sent a young man out on April 14th to give me a bid. He talked me into a plan which at the time, I truly thought I would go with them on the remodel so I took out the plan in full. I had some questions a few days later and called to have them answered. They have never called me back after calling them three times. They sent me a receipt on the 14th for $208.40. I waited until the 27th and then sent them an email for a refund on the plan minus what they charge for the fee to come out, $69. They have not returned my calls or answered the email. If they won't return my calls to answer a few questions on a bid, how can I expect them to do any different if I have problems? I feel a refund is necessary of $139.40. This is not an honest way to conduct business. If they didn't want my business, they should have called me and issued a refund.
