      This is the worst company. They promised me 3 trucks (that I paid for, mind you) and i got 1.5 trucks. The movers were very unprofessional. They told me "Oh all that's not going to fit on the trucks!" Where were my other trucks I paid for? I had to get rid of so much stuff, including my Christmas stuff which, in the chaos, went to another family as I got rid of things. Why does that matter so much? Well, it had my son's things he made as a child and my dead daughter's Christmas stuff in the box. After all the stuff was gotten rid of that "wouldn't fit on the truck," they go and get ANOTHER truck out of some craphole. So oddly there was enough room for the attic stuff! None of their trucks are labeled as they are subcontractors. They broke SO MUCH stuff. We were a city-to-city move (across Tx) and they acted like they were surprised they had to make the move. They had to make TWO trips to the new city, so my husband and I had to divide up the trips. They tried to unload at 4 in the morning at my new house (HELLO! I have neighbors!) and then were going to sleep in their truck. I had to pay for food and hotel so they wouldn't sleep in their truck in front of my house! They may be cheaper, but I'm here to tell you...you get what you paid for! I could go on and on about what they did and how they broke things, were unprofessional, etc., but I think you get it. By the way, the head of the subcontracting company told me: "I don't make you pay for two moves. You only pay for one." What? I already set up the move. I'm sorry if you didn't bring your trucks. We could have knocked this out in one trip. He was sure to tell me the boss said he should charge. The boss' admin - Amy - set up the one move. I double checked out info/trucks/etc SEVERAL times before the move. "It's good. It's all taken care of." DON'T use this company unless you want your move to be a disaster!

      We received this complaint on August 31 from the BBB.
      Customer provided first information on Sept 8 and Sept 9. 10 days after the complaint was filed.
      We are processing the claim and intend to offer the customer the full coverage under the contract with the customer.

      We would appreciate some additional time to resolve this matter with our client.

      An email was mailed to the owner WITH pictures on July 20th at email provided AFTER my phone call with *** (provided to ********** No reply. A phone call came from *** on September 4th saying she was confused because she only had us for packing. I corrected her and told her we paid for THREE FULL trucks and eventually got said trucks in TWO trips. She asked we send another email which we did on the 6th. Another picture was sent on the 7th. I received a call within days of posting on the BBB. *** asked if she could text another email. I agreed but nothing came. Again she called within a couple of days asking to text the addresses. We've heard nothing from them since. I have NEVER heard from the owner.
