Checked in on 4/20 2024 wasn't in the room 5 mins before I asked for a refund the room was terrible stains on bed sheets and comforter floor hadn't been swept refrigerator hadn't been cleaned out. Refund was given by front desk employee the next day manager charged my credit card for $75 twice as cancelation fees. When I called they gave me excuse after excuse of why I had to pay even went as far as saying I screamed and yelled at the employee which never happened. Then said we left a balloon and a birthday bG in the room so we must have been having a party which we were not. I booked connecting rooms with a total of 4 queen size beds because we were having a sleepover and going swimming which I disclosed when booking the room . Employee lied and said she offered me another room which she did not . They were very rude. I was basically verbally attacked by 4 employees . Even though I had pics and was only refunded for 1 cancelation fee. Horrible customer Service and I'm pretty sure after I left the establishment it is considered fraud to go back and charge my card againReview from susan w

To Owner or Owners of Property:******************************************************************* AKA/ La Quinta Inn by ******* I am filing a complaint with you, in writing, concerning your2 Site managers: ********************* allow many CRIMINALS WITH DRUG HABITS TO LODGE HERE FREE OF CHARGE. One Example - presently in Room 173 (annex building), let's her children (3 children under 4 yrs) run the halls (with & without clothes) & use stairways as their own apartment. Loud music, smoking, pot smell, vacuuming at 12:53 AM, screaming children and slamming door till all hours. SITE MANAGERS DO NOT RESOLVE THE SITUATION. On Thursday, March 28th the FEDERAL ********** BARRICADED ROOM 173 TOOK INTO CUSTODY A FEDERAL WANTED ***** STAYING IN THIS ROOM. Site management treats this incident as business as normal. NEITHER SITE MANAGERS WARNED ROOM 170 THAT EMINATE ******* WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE.Site management is notified about the flagrant conduct of Room 173, yet continues to ignore complaints from other guests staying within the vicinity rooms. Site management cannot employ/keep housekeeping staff. However, they do HIRE ILLEAGEL ALENS THAT DO NOT HAVE WORK VISAS. BOTH site managers are UNREACHABLE for hours at a time (which happens frequently) This makes for chaos on YOUR property.I am telling you all this as I am a DISABLED woman with oxygen issues staying in Room 170 (across from 173). As I have watched all of these events take place in real time.Ultimately it is your responsibility and liability to keep staff and guest protected from harm.I DO NOT WANT A RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT...AS THESE TWO INDIVIDUALS ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM!!I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE FROM THE OWNERS OF THIS PROPERTY AND NO RESPONSE IS NEEDED FROM THE OPERATIONS MANAGER AS HE IS BIAS.***********************La Quinta Inns Response

Me and family have been staying at the Andover location overrall cleaning service looks like their doing there jobs but In fact dont do it accurately, between the front desk and cleaning and maintenance their communication is lacking heavily to make the hotel run smoothly and make sure all guest enjoy their stay our AC during our stay was leaking into the rug as well as we had a mouse as well that made his appearance,and the other AC wasnt working at all and the room that was said to be cleaned smelled like smoke as for the front desk ********,*******,****,****,***** great workers awesome customer service and attentive an informative since my partner is a reward member as well, I did feel uncomfortable with a worker there ***** she is very passive aggressive and gives smart remarks that are not needed for guest to feel as they come in and check out I hope that with this review la Quinta takes action to notice their flaws and improve for a better and happier stay Thank you again to those listed above you guys are amazing as for the managers they were very attentive as well and did their very best to be ontop of things as they do get very busyReview from CHRISTOPHER B

Hello,I am reaching out due to a major issue with my recent stay at this establishment. When checked in I was not informed that construction would be taking place on the floor directly above my room. There is no signage anywhere in the facility to inform guests of this. My sleep was interrupted early in the morning and I was unable to receive business calls due to the constant drilling occurring directly above my room. Front desk refused to refund this stay. Stayed at the la Quinta in on Wall Street ******* to. Worst hotel I have ever been in. The first room we were put in had mold all over the bathtub and shower curtain; also had hair in the tub and toilet . The floor was filthy in the bathroom and around the beds. The second room was just as nasty and the only thing that was done was to bring me a new shower curtain. There was stuff in the refrigerator and beside it. When I talk to the manager the next morning all he could say was that we could have just checked out and he would not have giving us our money back. Then he commented that it was an older hotel ; I commented that doesnt mean it cant be cleaned. He refused to give me a receipt or give me a confirmation number.Review from Robert C

I will never stay at a wyndham property, Everything Ive read I experienced from the rooms being not just old put nasty and unkept, hotel management rude and unhelpful, deposit held for 30days until it automatically dropped offReview from Dara B

Here are the facts.1. Checked in and our rate should've been $99 - got charged for $189 (this was supposed to be correct upon check-out)2. Checked out now for 24 hours, I've been charged $2223, YES $2223. The ladies at the front-desk weren't helpful as they stated they got a new system. That said, one lady did try to help, but unfortunately we are here. The manager seems to be non-existent/helpful.3. Please note still haven't gotten a receipt for charges or stay to date - checked out yesterday morning.4. Our frustration with being overcharged initially was brought to the front-desk lady and we were frustrated. Her response, we couldn't F*** leave if we didn't like it. Mind you while others were standing in line waiting to get her keys - there was more said, but I digress - & offered no help when asked if I could speak to a manager or asking for his number 5. Cleanliness, we stayed 3 days - only saw cleaning people there on the last day, no sheets were changed in that time - mind you we had stains on our sheets when we got there 6. If you like mold, stay here - molds around the shower etc 7. They state their hotel is under construction and it looks like it, but no workers were ever present - there is furniture in hallways, etc - which to me would be a fire hazard 8. Also, the workout room is also off limits due to "construction" but again no construction was going on Awful stay - do not stay here. MAJOR problems going on with this hotel.La Quinta Inns Response

This hotel is the biggest ripoff! On my significant other and I paid almost $400 after taxes for just two nights, the room was absolutely run down and disgusting. The room was in such a bad state that I actually cried while we were looking at the room. They offered to refund us one night but we didn't have the time or the extra money to find other accommodations. I know the location is great and that we are in season but these are $80 to $90 rooms a night easy. I have left multiple bad reviews online about this place trying to get some sort of compensation but still nobody has helped me out. The property manager should be ashamed of running this place and charging the rates that they do especially for the condition of this hotel, I've stayed at plenty of La Quintas and this was absolutely terrible. Do better!!! Blood stains, ripped furniture, rooms not clean, mold in the shower ceiling and cracks in the ceiling, exposed wires coming out of the air conditioner, the separation between the walls and the baseboards. I'm about to contact the BBB on Wyndham and LA Quinta if someone doesn't help me!!!Review from Jamie P

I stayed 1 night on Friday feb 23rd and check out the 24th before noon and even after they said everything is paid for and I left, the follow day they kept charging my debit card 3 different times for different amounts which none of the amount were the price of my room I stayed in. It caused my bank to be overdrafted by ************************************************************************************** but it was a huge inconvenience and unnecessary stress and the fact the hotel doesnt want to compensate me for the distress or offer me a discount unless my bank calls is very frustrating because of this I will never be going back.Review from Pamela G

La Quinta by ******* - ************ # **** - ************, **. DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked a Park, Sleep, Fly for one night. When we got to the hotel, we were told the shuttle had been cancelled for the next day due to weather. It was snowing at the time, but not significant snowfall. We had to arrange a Lyft to get to the airport. The clerk wasn't helpful at all about what we were supposed to do to get to the airport. The elevator was out of order. ***************** had an exercise bike only. The hotel charged me $100 more than the bill as a "deposit". It was refunded 3 days later, but I was not informed of this until I checked my credit card.When we returned and called for the shuttle for pick up, we were told 15 minutes and waited 30 minutes. Then a small SUV/van pulled up with no signage, just a piece of paper in the windshield that said La Quinta. The driver then proceeded to fit 6 adults, 6 suitcases and 6 carry ons into the van. We had to hold our carry-ons on our lap. Terrible experience!!
