I used to love to come here. Management loss Cash was a great bar tender then moved to management to move on due to a poor place to be at. Now trying to come in but having someone like this invisible ***************** I must say is better off being invisible. Why go back ? No trust in whether the food is edible. Bottom line, dont go to Red Robin in *****.Review from Raul L

This is for the ********** ***** Location. Could not find it here on the BBB... I hope this reaches upper management.The food was good. The service was horrible, the atmosphere there was also horrible. I was lucky to be attended. When I walked in I had to look for someone to take my order. The whole place was so depressing and sad that I honestly am never coming back again. This is my first time going to a Red Robin and it's nothing like what they paint on the commercials, nothing at all. It felt like an entirely different restaurant. No greeting upon arrival, horrible customer service, it felt like the young lady was bothered and doing me a favor. Not a single smile nor positive attitude. It really felt to me like I was not welcomed there. Anyway, again I am not writing this to get anything free, but I am writing because as a 20-year restaurant veteran I honestly see the problems here.
