Thank you so much to the ENG team for their dedication & good work ethnics. I’ve heard such nightmare stories about people getting their houses remodeled & I was hesitant to reach out to a company to do the work. However, my house got flooded after the freeze so it needed fixing ASAP. A friend recommended ENG to me & I couldn’t be more greatful to have found such an amazing company to work with. Elmer was super detailed about the process during the beginning, middle & end. Considering how busy they were after the freeze, I’ve never had a problem with communication & I was constantly asked about my satisfaction every step of the way. Elvis was frequently present at the job site to ensure a clean environment & quality work. I’ve never had to say anything to make sure they were on top of their game. Now, I am more than in love with my house! 10/10 I would recommend ENG to anyone who needs a reliable remodeling team.

I can't express how THANKFUL I am to ENG Remodeling! We are very satisfied with the repairs to Mom's house. I also apologize up front for the length of this review...but I hope it helps the reader. My Mom had a pipe break in her kitchen because of the winter freeze. I got several estimates for the job from contractors with good ratings on the BBB website...ENG was one of those companies. I have to say that when Elvis & Elmer came to the house to do the initial estimate, I was very impressed. They were on time, listened & answered all our questions (& trust me when I say that we had MANY questions having not done anything like this before), and their estimate was the most thorough. They had items on their estimate that others failed to catch. One example was in painting. My Mom's kitchen leads into the livingroom & then into the hall, so just painting the kitchen would be very noticeable...which is all the other contractors bid. Once we decided to use their services, we were put on the schedule within 2 weeks, which I feel was reasonable considering all the claims people were filing. Plus that gave us time to pack up her kitchen anyway, since all the cabinets were being removed & replaced. Elmer supervised the job and was fantastic to work with! He worked with me on scheduling all the phases of the job, around my schedule. He was very patient and always answered my calls & questions no matter how many times I bugged him...even though he was very busy working on multiple jobs (so sorry Elmer ??). Most of the time, he kept the same people working on the job, so you were able to get to know them some & develop a level of comfort with them working in your home. All the workers arrived timely, were friendly & introduced themselves. They were excellent & knowledgeable in the work they performed, and ALWAYS cleaned up VERY well when they finished for the day. Since Mom and I are elderly, I also feel the guys went out of their way to be extra helpful & kind. And I realize wearing masks ?? nowadays is a matter of opinion, but everyone obliged, without complaining, to our request to wear them while working in the house. They are just a great group of guys! ENG stayed within the rates the insurance claim allowed for the main job too...no surprises! In fact, they did such a good job & were so competitive in rates that we asked them to give us bids, & do several extra jobs for us. Additionally, when we had a couple of "unexpected" problems arise (not caused by ENG), Elmer addressed them ASAP & got us the help we needed right away. All in all, they were a real pleasure to work with, & I will gladly refer them to family and friends. Plus, ENG Remodeling will be the company that I call when I have a need for any of the many services they perform. Thank you Elmer & Elvis for the GREAT JOB, and also keeping my stress level down! Please give all the guys who worked on Mom's job an extra "Thank You" & shout out for a JOB WELL DONE!!!! ??
