DO NOT USE!! When our church was purchasing the sign, Sign Express was very fast to take our $20K+. But a few years later we had trouble with with 3/4 of the sign out on one side and the other side was blurry in a spot. It took several months for the tech to come out. When he drove two hours down, he asked if someone could help him because he didn't know that our sign was this big? What?! You sold us the sign and didn't have specs or anything on the sign to know it was that big? Very frustrating! :-( He said he would get back with us to reschedule. Of course we have just had a ton of rain. But I called and left four messages and several emails. Called him on his personal cell phone that he gave me and spoke to Danielle in the office and left her two messages asking to speak with the owners or the manager on site. Never heard back. Called again and spoke with Danielle and told her that we were very unhappy and that our sign looks horrible. She apologized. I told her to put herself in our shoes.....Then I just simply told her that this will be the last time that I call. If I don't hear from anyone in 24 hours I am going to assume that no one wants to help us and I will have to go look somewhere else. I will write a ****** review, ******** Review and I will report to the BBB. This isn't right. You don't treat people this way that gave you thousands of dollars to build a sign, but then on the back end you can't reach out to them and give them a time frame, a courtesy callback or a phone call saying we don't want to come out there and find someone else. We would have been fine with that and went our way. They make nice signs, but the back end tech support and follow up after the product is installed was not a pleasant experience. We just want to WARN EVERYONE.
