      From beginning to end, our experience with American Home Buyer was better than we could ever have imagined. It began with Jaime coming to our home to look through it, discuss our situation, review our options and help us decide which option worked best for us. There was no pressure at all from Jaime, only genuine concern for what was best for our circumstances. This was unlike other companies we had met with that pushed us to do it their way regardless of what our needs were. The original price we were offered by American Home Buyer was fair and it never changed.
      Heather was there to answer all of our questions and keep us up to date after we signed the agreement. We knew ahead of time what the closing paperwork would look like so there were no surprises. Everything was to be just like they said it would be from the beginning. We closed on the day and time we had requested. Closing was simple and straightforward with no surprises. Everything went exactly to plan.
      Everyone we worked with at American Home Buyer was very caring and concerned about what we needed and how they could help us. While we were a little skeptical about selling our home to a home buying company, our circumstances made it necessary and American Home Buyer made our dreams a reality. Thank you so much to all of you for the good work you do! We are so thankful we found you and we highly recommend your services!

      American Home Buyer is superior to their competitors, in my experience. They offered me a better price than all others. Each person that I dealt with was professional, straightforward, and friendly. The same can be said for ***'s title company. I wouldn't hesitate to refer AHB to anyone that cannot wait on MLS for sale of a home.

      Everyone was amazing and fair. From start to finish. Entire process took less than a month or so. I recommend them if you don't wanna deal with realtor and showings. I was so stressed and with them they made it so easy!

      I Highly recommend American Home Buyer! They contacted me via phone, text and email within 10 minutes after I visited their website. Tim was at my property the next day. We settled on a fair price within an hour or so. He was confident they could sell my property. A day or so later, I received a call and text from Rolly letting me know he would be getting buyers together to show my property by the end of the week. He was also confident they could sell my property. With their expertise and experience, my property sold after the 2nd showing the following week. Sold as is. No repairs, no cleaning, no junk removal. Sold less than 30 days after my initial contact. Mel was in constant contact with me keeping me updated on the next steps that were needed.
