RTBS built our pool in the summer of 2020. We added the Richard's lifetime warranty to the project knowing that things can go wrong over time - and it has already paid off for us. We recently sprung a leak in our Ultra UV water sanitizer (and ozinator) unit as well as a slow leak in one of the pumps. We called RTBS and Kristen ****** handled the whole repair process like a rock star! While a couple things were considered normal wear and tear, the replacement UV unit was covered under the warranty and we only had to pay for labor. There was a mistake made in the installation of the replacement UV unit but Kristen took care of it on the spot - while we were on the phone, she called her vendor and insisted that the "system" be restored to exactly how they found it. (In other words, come back and fix the shortcut that was taken and make her customer whole!) Thank you Kristen for taking such good care of us!Review from Thaysa R

Big Kudos to Richard's TBS and their team. We were in need of a new Hot Springs spa (our 3rd) and from the initial help in selection provided by Billy Rivers to the final installation electrical connection by Kevin, the experience was exceptionally good! The delivery, organized by Beatrice ***** and carried out by the on-site team led by Drew, was flawless. Drew and his team arrived on time and worked in a quick and professional manner. Drew worked out the traverse of a large landscape bed without damage to some key plantings to place the spa where we directed. The whole delivery and installation, from coming through the entrance gate to having a water-filled and working spa was accomplished in 3 hours! Doesn't get much better than that!!

We purchased a *** ******* Spa and are very pleased with the entire process from selection to delivery. Kristen ****** coordinated the delivery and was also available that day to make certain we were completely satisfied! Kristen ****** has been handling the coordination to replace our hot tub cover. She has taken care of us to provide a stress free experience. We have received nothing but the best care from our original tub purchase to ongoing maintenance. I highly recommend Richard's Total Backyard Solutions.
