This company doesn't deserve any stars. This company has only given me frustrations and nightmares. They have really bad customer service, lack of communication. I began to have bad experience with them since the construction started. At the beginning, when the construction started; the contractors weren't cautious with their heavy machinery, They didn't take precautious measures which caused that they damaged my neighbors AC and Power Lines, They also destroyed my yard. Then, after they excavated, it took them months for them to put the plaster. My yard was a mess to where I even got in trouble with our HOA. And, when they finally installed the plaster it was on a windy day. To where dust got on the plaster and now those areas are rough and sharp. During this process, I pointed this to the superintendent and he said that it would get fixed later (but, it this hasn't gotten resolved) Now, I'm being told that the warranty doesn't cover this. In addition to the plaster, it also has stains and has a crack. (which they're also telling me that they will not fix it because warranty doesn't cover). They also haven't been able to make the heater and filter pump work. They have sent contractors and no one has knowledge of how the equipment works. From what I've witness ; they hire unexperienced contractors; and Blue Haven doesn't make them responsible for their mistakes. And, their staff doesn't have the courtesy to provide me with updates. I always have to be emailing them in search for answers. Otherwise, they don't have the courtesy to follow up. I'm very frustrated, because, they can't resolve anything. This company has been nothing but a nightmare. I don't wish what I'm experiencing to anyone; That I hope that sharing what I'm going through will help others think twice before hiring this company.

If I could rate this company a minus 100, I would. They did not complete their contractual obligation to finish the pool within 65 days of excavation - missed it by 3-4 months and their other contractual requirements are still not done. And as part of the contract, they have not rebuilt an access fence, installed a second umbrella stand (as promised), or provided me the location of their warranties which I have asked for multiple times. Their manager is rude, unethical, and intimidating (almost threatening) to his customers (me) when I pointed this out. I would avoid this company like I would avoid Covid 19.
