1 starIf i could leave a 0 star review I would. I pulled up in my driveway after work only to be approached by this kid who says he's a manager and boy did he have the gift of gab. He sold me a pest control service at 4pm I walked him around the home Inside and out and showed him my concerns he promised me it would be done and I'll be very happy. He also pulled out this papper showing me they offer 100% money back guarantee but fell short of explaining it as well as not telling you about the 250 cancelation fee. Well 7pm a service guy shows up to do initial treatment and after I was told it would take an hour he was done in 30 min and told me he couldn't do the granules for the grass because of weather will be out some other time. Well next morning I walked my home wasp nests still on home front and back. Spider webs still in garage along with this silver things on the wall and spiderwebs still Inside home. And he only sprayed by doors when I was told he will spray home and bathrooms. So I called and canceled my services and requested a refund on my Initial 150 service fee the girl I spoke to said no problem canceled my contract the requested a refund. Got an email saying they are denying the refund. Spokeswoman the main office explained what went on she went to her manager and he or she still denied the refund trying to say they didn't complete the job due to the weather but the tech said everything's done except the grass. Customer service is as bad as there pest control. The sales kid text me saying it was there fault they should have waited till next day. This company is a **** and poor poor customer service. I should have never signed with them. I am gonna warn my hoa not to allow them in the community to rip off our neighbors then if I dont get my 150 back will start a class action suite against them and will leave reviews on all social media. Avoid this company do not sign your money to the devil company.EcoShield Pest Solution

1 starThis company is a **** which I unfortunately fell for. They come to the door with a high pressure sales pitch. I thought I was just trying to them for 169$. I did then decided the service wasnt worth it so cancelled. Cancelling unbeknownst to me was $250. I called they said they would give it back and have a supervisor call. Neither happened. The last service was not complete. Do not use this company ever. I am out almost $500 for nothing. Hard lesson to learn.EcoShield Pest Solution

1 starI am usually able to have any issues I may have with a company by speaking to them directly, but Eco Shield has been extremely difficult to deal with and I am sorry I ever agreed to sign up for their services. I was given sales speech by a young man who came to my door. I told him I was having a problem with roof rats on my property, and he assured me the company would take care of the problem. After the service was completed, I looked around my yard and saw that only one rat trap was placed in a corner of my 1/3 of an acre property. I called Eco Shield and they told me I had to wait 30 days for another tech to come to my property (this is NOT the service they claim to provide). I spoke to a supervisor, told her I was not pleased with the service, and was told that I would be getting a refund in 7-10 days. I never received a refund and when I called back, I was told my services were cancelled and that I would not be getting a refund. Th woman I spoke to kept talking over me in an effort I believe to get me to give up. After I asked to speak to a supervisor and explained my issue again, I was told I canceled within the 3-day cancelation window and am entitled to a refund. However the supervisor could not tell me when I'd be getting the refund . . . *sigh* I insisted that I get something in writing so I wouldn't have to spend another minute on the phone trying to get this resolved. The supervisor then got back to me and said that I was not entitled to a refund because services were provided. At this point, I'm convinced that the company has poor integrity and lies to customers about their services to make a fast ***** Before you decide to hire this company, be sure to read their reviews. . . 1 starif it was possible to leave zero stars, I would.
EcoShield customer service is atrocious. We have been dealing with a squirrel issue in our attic for over a year now. EcoShield sold us an exclusion service and new insulation service and did not deliver on their promises to remove the squirrels. After multiple return visits, we were told that EcoShield should never have sold us this service as they are not capable of squirrel exclusion and that the salesperson had been fired for overselling services.
We have requested a refund as our attic still has an animal in it and are being told that no refund is possible because ”they don’t do refunds.” They offered to come out and “fix it for free” as long as we resign up for monthly service. That is neither free or a fix. We paid thousands of dollars and still have the same issue.
We’ve had another service come out and tell us that not only is there squirrels but also a raccoon and that it’s very obvious that a larger animal caused some of this damage.
The corporate customer service office claims they can’t help us do to it being the local office’s issue.

1 starVery deceiving sales practices. The sales reps told me my cost would be $169 for the entire year and it turns out it’s for each quarter. They arrived two times and spent 12 to 18 minutes. I called their office and I was informed I will be charged $500 to cancel their service. I am now forced to stay with them for 12 months at $119 per quarter. The entire year, with their so called discount, will cost me $695. I have been taken advantage of by them. I am a single woman living alone. I was never informed of the $500 cancellation fee either. They told me they would service the interior of my home along with my garage. That never happened. This is very deceitful.EcoShield Pest Solution

1 starDO NOT USE. ALL SCAM ARTISTS. I hope people see this review before making the mistake that I made. This company is based overseas with their billing. DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I upheld my end of the "CONTRACT". It strictly states. If you cancel within the first 3 days. A FULL REFUND IS ISSUED. Absolutely not the case. They are absolute liars and do not care to cancel the contract. I even went to dispute the charge with my bank with all the evidence sustaining their own contract. Proof of emails that were sent to me stating that they would issue the refund. ALL LIES. I never got any follow up email nor the refund. I won the dispute from me and the bank with all the evidence needed to claim FRAUD ON THEIR END. ALL LIES. Now I get an email stating that I will be put into collections because the charge was "valid". Okay, but I did what I needed to do and upheld YOUR CONTRACT. A CRAPPY WAY TO DO "BUSINESS". Have fun trying to get ahold of anyone who is responsible over there. I even had the poor representative (from the Philippines) after the 3rd attempt of an hour phone call in tears. They claimed that I would receive a refund and they never did so. I asked her, "how do you feel knowing that you work for a company that lies to their customers"?. 1 starVery poor service…… I paid them for yard and house service and they did the house and no yard service and they charge me for all and I paid them and DIDNT get yard done and so I called to cancel services and they was rude to me and then they want me to pay 400,00+ to cancel my contract and we called them over four time to get yard service done and they wouldn’t come out and do the service that I already paid for. 1 starThe door salesman lied to me after already being turned away by my husband stating they they had come to an agreement and he should return to finish signing us up. They had poor customer service throughout and when I canceled my service, within the terms of my agreement, I was still charged fees that I was assured would be waived. 1 starCan I give no stars? I had given up this company a long time ago, but stupidly let myself be talked into signing up again with the explanation of what went wrong before. But no, that was a lie. The fact of it is that they do a poor job and do not prevent bugs. The people who come are in and out in a matter of 5 minutes or less. But what is even worse is that one of the staff is now saying that he was here and performed the spraying service when he did NOTl. He is lying. He could not have gotten into the house or grounds without my letting him in, and I did not. I never agreed to the appointment time they set, so if he showed up, he showed up without my permission. And now, despite my telling them and the supervisor, they are trying to charge my credit card anyway!!!! It turns out to have been a piece of luck that my credit card had been hacked and I had to be issued a new card, which is the only reason they cannot go ahead and charge my card regardless of the lack of service--without my permission. And they keep bugging me to update my account information. This may be the worst company I have ever dealt with, and that is saying something, but I do not know how to get rid of them. Plus, they come around soliciting even though the subdivision clearly posts that no soliciting is allowed! So they obviously don't respect rules. And they should give me my money back.
