I send my car here to get service on 12/7/2022 got my car back 1/19/23 only for the car to crash not to mention the service department man forgery my name to the warranty company paperwork!!!! And my warranty company told me I had not payout the charge me $500 !I feel I paid for my death sentence cause i almost died in my own car and Mr ***** ain't care all he did was sign my name to the paperwork

Lance has been talked to and written up regarding this customer. He is aware that he violated company policy and has been warned that this is grounds for termination. If Mrs. ****** would like him terminated I will consider that. We will handle this internally. Lance has been a valued employee for many years and I have never had any issues with him before. Even though it was wrong, he was trying to get the ticket closed since the customer was in the hospital. He is personally responsible for the repairs that were not paid by the customer and warranty company.Review from Trey M

Beware’ Any dealership that tells you to your face they want to sell each vehicle for as much as possible. Then show you their vehicle is above actual value.. What’s in it for the buyer ! Blaming prices on chip shortage and inflation Isn’t apart of the solution but using the problem as an excuse. Jake in used sales is the worst I’ve ever seen. I read your comments. We could have handled your objections better but we could not sell the truck for anything less. You got the best price we could do on the vehicle you purchased.Review from Glenda E

We have a Jeep Patriot 2013 with a bad transmission. We took the Jeep to our local mechanic to get work done (very trusted) and he purchased the transmission at the Helfman Dodge Parts Department. The transmission was replaced and the same OBD code came up. Our mechanic contacted Helfman and Chrysler paid to have his shop replace the wiring and sensors. The code still came up as bad. The mechanic was given a 2nd transmission and it gave the same code. The Jeep was then driven to Helfman and they did diagnostics on the Jeep before replacing the transmission again. As a matter of fact, our mechanic paid for diagnostics at Helfman and they wanted him to pay a second time when the first diagnostics failed. When they finished putting the transmission in the jeep would not run at all. During all this time our mechanic was in constant contact with the service department to keep us updated. There were points where our mechanic had to tell the head service guy how to do test. This gave me a feeling of no confidence on Helfmans mechanics. The engineers at Chrysler kept coming up with nonsensical reasons why the transmission would not work. During this time I opened several tickets with Chrysler and they kept closing them for reasons I could not understand. Once they called me at work and I did not answer so they closed the ticket. They did not leave a message, they just closed the ticket and did not tell me they had closed the ticket. I know if the test they expected the jeep to pass to get repaired was performed on any other vehicle on their used car lot, it would not pass either. I feel Chrysler is going to stretch this out until we give up and they are going to get out of the Mopar Parts & Accessories Limited Warranty. By forcing us to take the vehicle to the Helfman service department and their techs working on the vehicle the onus has fallen on Chrysler as to the health of the vehicle. This is October 2021 and this has been going on since mid May 2021.
