      My experience with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. Despite four visits and meticulous documentation with six video recordings, they have failed to address ongoing issues with my car since purchase. During a recent test drive with the service director, Alvin B, he dismissively stated he hadn't watched any of the videos and didn't care about them. His demeanor turned sharply rude, demanding I not return to the dealership and insisting I pull over mid-drive, all with anger and arrogance. He said "DO NOT RETURN TO MY DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN....." Upon returning to the dealership, I spoke with the general manager, Mr. ******* who seemed to side with Alvin *** distorted version of events. There were no apologies or attempts at resolution from the general manager. The lack of accountability and professionalism from management is unacceptable. Thankfully, I sought assistance elsewhere and received prompt, professional service at another dealership. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue, providing a stark contrast to my experience with this dealership. I didn't have to endure any unprofessional behavior, rude service managers, or arrogant general managers this time around! In summary, I caution against expecting respect or professionalism from this dealership. Seek alternatives to avoid similar frustration and mistreatment.

      I purchased a used vehicle from Gillman Jeep almost 2 months ago. The initial encounter was pleasant and full of promises. Promises that Nelson the salesman, Jason the sales manager, and Dana the general manager have failed to deliver on. All three of these men have lied to me and refuse to fulfill a relatively simple promise upon purchase of a used vehicle. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership, especially a used vehicle. I feel that i have afforded them plenty of time to fulfill their promises. Unfortunately, they are simply liars that will not stand by their word.

      After doing research for the type of truck I wanted. I found it on Gillman's website. I drove from Shreveport to Houston and the following morning I showed up. There's where the nightmare started. I showed up at 11 am and didn't leave until 645 pm. An entire day at a car dealership, I never in my life experienced anything like this. I had my own financing but they stated that company policy did not allow me to use my approved financing since I wasn't a resident of the state of Texas. The sales guy failed to tell me he was more focused on telling me the truck I wanted would be gone before the weekend was over. If I wanted it, I need to come down soon to test drive it. He knew I was coming from Shreveport. My credit union didn't understand why Gillman's wasn't allowing me to use them. The sales manager asked if I have family in the area and if so. Call them use their address on my loan application. I was already approved and had a down payment. To this day I still have never heard of such a policy. Gillman's got me financing but I had to provide multiple documents. All I had was my phone and this together forever because I had to email everything to the sales guy. This was such a headache. When I was about putting down. I told them no, because of all the round around they had put me thru. The temp tag on my truck was good for two months. I got the truck in June and not the tag is about to expired on 16 Aug. I emailed Mr. ******* to ask about an extension and the status of my permanent tag. No reply back from him. I emailed Mr. ******** proof of insurance but days later Ms. **** calls and ask me about proof of insurance because she's finalizing my paperwork. This is 30 days later, I've made one truck payment and my paperwork is still being finalized. I signed the long contract before I left Houston. Around the 9th of July I received a ***** package for me to sign the contract again. The only person who has that has been of any help is Nathan the Finance Manager.

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience here at Gillman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I have personally verified that the plates were delivered to you earlier this month. Out of state titles takes a little longer due to the titling process between two states.
