The movers started out great. I did see the guys walking and texting on their phones when they were coming back to my apartment and while I was on the phone with Ron. Moving out of my 600 sq ft apartment took 2 hours, my boxes where organized and easy to load on the truck. I was also concerned about paying for a 4-hour move. I spoke to Ron about the movers texting on their phones. I requested that he not contact them until my move was over because if they got upset, I feared they would damage my stuff. After Ron spoke to the drivers one of the movers pushed my stuff off the dolly with his hand. The remainder of the move was rushed the guys were throwing my stuff into the storage. When I got moved last night, I noticed all of the boxes I told the mover to put the truck for delivery to my new place were the wrong boxes. The movers did not wrap the box spring, they wrapped the sofa and mattress while moving them they ripped the plastic they stop caring about doing things professionally. The furniture protection waiver was never presented to me by anyone in setting up the move or prior to the move. I have attached the pictures of damaged items. I will get an itemized spreadsheet of my clothes that were lost in the move. After contacting my insurance company I was told to consider filing a police report that my items were stolen just based on the behavior of the mover throwing my items off the dolly and damaging my items in front of me. I have video but it’s to big to email. I feel that a lot of what took place by the movers and Osmara was very aggressive. Osmara threatened me with theft of service, because someone ran my debt card to pay for the move with the incorrect zip code. See attached below. As I have requested from the day of move to speak to the owner Beth Naz, I was refused by Ron and Osmara. I will also be reaching out to the BBB.Initial Complaint

The movers stole a much! A $500 telescope, decorative pillows, and a 6 foot a-frame ladder that the moving company texted was taken and would be returned, but never did.Initial Complaint

August 13th Ameritex Movers were hired to move me to my new home. Movers arrived late and ensured they took their time on getting to the new home. They were not able to work they over sixty years old took over two and half hours to load me . In addition, they stop to get something eat on the way to the new residence. They charged me a $1000, they broke my washer, light fixture then cut himself and bleed out all of over my new floor. Due to their age or lack of experience they damaged the walls. Did not finish putting together they items they broke down. I informed the company at the time told me to fill out a form to be compensated. I filled out the form sent in all of items registered mail. Left several messages for manager only one person work this department he will not return my calls or messages. It took them over 8 hours to move me I was in 1300 sq ft home moved to 1687 sq ft. I have simple furniture. I feel like I was scammed through this process they will not compensate tell me to reach out to the TXDMV to file a compliant never got this brochure till after this move wish i had it before to know my rights . I have physical pictures of the damage. I have sent them
