            Date of transaction: 15 January 2014 Service to be provided: Doctor review of request for UTI treatment with a prescription for an antibiotic. Never received any communication from Analyte Health. Inquiry has not been acknowledged. Have not talked to any of their provider doctors. Monies invoiced and paid through my *** ******** ** ******** **** *** *********   I am fortunate that it is only a $49.00 charge, but it is still a charge to me while I did not receive any services.

            They took the money and the system kept saying my request failed. Hours later I just wanted my money back and they refused. They said a doctor personally reviewed my case and sent the lab personally (in less than four seconds) and swore this was true and so they couldn't give a refund. The online system they kept referring me to said it wasn't sent and I don't have them. Just a big money-grabbing scam. They said the name of the doctor would be on the lab papers I can't access, but I wasn't allowed to contact them.
