  The only thing I can say at this point is I wish the communication would have been better the process was scary and we were not able to go through with this company due to lack of communication

  I entered into an agreement with Freedom Hawk in 11/2022. Under that agreement we were to close within 30days. Thereafter, I was contacted by an employee allegedly of Freedom Hawk, whom then claimed an earnest money deposit had been transferred into an unknown escrow account; however, no licensed title insurance company nor Freedom Hawk Home Buyers delivered to my attention any receipt an escrow account on or about 12/2022. After the expiration of the original closing timeframe, I received an unexpected call from Blake who then demanded I close after the expiration of the original agreement. I declined to close after the original expiration date. Thereafter, I unexpectedly learned about a contract for deed filed against the property owned by me when I searched the official public real property records in Harris County, Texas, consequently, Freedom Hawk Homebuyers e-signed an addendum and attached that non disclosed addendum to the original expired purchase/sell contract to make appear a cloud on title on or about 02/2023. However, I or no one is liable for any money damages to Freedom Hawk Home Buyers—it was found and questioned by a title company when I sold the property, and further caused me delays in settlement.
  Likewise, Freedom Hawk Home Buyers baited me into the deal on 11/2022; thereafter, Freedom Hawk Homebuyers undisclosed added other unknown parties to the contract but failed to amend and present to the attention of myself.

  They were very helpful and for the most part kept me very hands-off, which is what I was hoping for. The transaction coordinator would contact me only when absolutely necessary and then finally when it was time for closing. I’m very happy with the process because I just didn’t want to deal with this problem house in the first place since it was located out of state. They sent a closing agent to me so I didn’t have to travel and we were done in less than 15 minutes. Since we closed in the evening on Friday, the bank was already closed but when I checked my bank account early morning on Monday. The funds we agreed on were there in full. Overall an easygoing experience.

  It takes a particular lack of morals to prey on a military family.
  On or around 3/22/23, we entered into a purchase agreement with this company for them to purchase the home in an as-is condition, with a closing date set for 60 days out. The company refused to put forth earnest money, which could otherwise serve as liquidated damages for the numerous legal violations perpetrated against us. Their refusal now puts us in a position to seek legal action.
  After executing the agreement, we were disappointed to learn that the initial sales pitch was hugely inaccurate. Shortly after signing, we were referred to ******, a *********** *********** ********* ** ************* She informed us that the contract was inaccurate and they actually planned to purchase through the "retail branch," yet made no efforts to void the initial agreement. This "retail branch" arrangement was not discussed with us at any time before signature.
  We asked, at multiple instances through the process, for a guarantee that the home would be purchased by the closing date, and were at all times led to believe this was the case. We even advised that we were vacating the home and incurring additional expenses in finding a new residence. The company clearly does not care about the financial impacts of their reckless actions, and proceeded to back out from the sale a couple of weeks before the contemplated closing date. The erroneous, intentionally inaccurate, fraudulent misrepresentations made by this company have caused us multiple injuries in fact. This company, and ****** in particular, should be ashamed of their business practices.
  We fully intend to seek remedies under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, as well as working through formal channels to have this company blacklisted for military servicemembers.

  I promised Audrey that if my transaction went smoothly, I would write a review on BBB for Freedom Hawk Home Buyers, so here I am. I had already signed a contract with a different company for my property that had been vandalized and needed a renovation. But as weeks went by, I heard nothing from that person. Audrey checked in with me to see if the other person followed through and when I told her that he had been ignoring me, she called him and somehow arranged for me to legally get out of that contract. She spoke with her Investors about my situation and all the time the other company made me waste. The next day, one of her Investors made me an offer without even looking at the property so I was nervous about whether we'd close or not. But Audrey was very responsive every time I reached out to her until the moment we closed. Now I'm sitting here happily staring at my new balance on my bank account!

  I was really Impressed with Blake and his team. Smooth process from the first call through closing. Whole process for us was done in 10 days which came to us as a surprise.. I didn't know we could sell that fast. I would definitely recommend Blake and his team for all of your home selling solutions.

  My experience with Freedom Hawk was AMAZING!!
  Blake and his team made the process to sell a property I inherited so effortless. They walked me through the entire process, and we even closed sooner than expected. I would highly recommend Freedom Hawk to anyone who is looking to sale a home hassle free.

  I usually don’t write reviews… unless I’m upset lol. But I have to commend Freedom Hawk Home Buyers because they saved me from having a foreclosure on my record. I was getting really nervous because I was running out of time and the auction was 3 weeks away (after my house had already been listed for 3 months with a realtor) This company closed in less than 2 weeks and even gave me a week after the closing to move to my new apartment. Right now I’m in the process of buying a smaller, more affordable home and that’s something I wouldn’t have been able to do if Freedom Hawk Home Buyers hadn’t closed so quickly and prevented a foreclosure to show on my record for the next 7 years. I was able to pay off my house and still had money left for a down payment on the house that I’m in the process of buying now so I recommend this company if you’re in a tight bind and need a hassle free process.
