I want to share my experience with Indoor climate control. This company was assigned to me through my warranty company Cinch Home Services because my unit was not cooling properly. I was told they would contact me. When they didn't I called & spoke to Steph daily with him promising he was coming that day but he did not arrive for a week. He informed me that he had to respond to people who had no air at all first, which I understood. When he finally came he opened our outdoor unit & rinsed it with a water hose & said it was just dirty & a little low on Freon & will cool fine. We repeatedly asked him to come inside & check the unit in the attic & he insisted it wasn't necessary & this would solve the problem. We paid him $225 & it did not solve the problem. I called him & he told me he will come back & check it again. I called him repeatedly for a week straight then he started ignoring my calls. The warranty company had to send out another company & it turns out the unit in the attic was dirty & preventing good air flow. After my experience I would not recommend this company.

I contacted this business on yesterday and was given a same day appt. I had a slow leak in the ac line that I was unaware of. It was repaired and my air started blowing cool immediately although it took some time for my home to cool down, I was pleased. I will use them in the future if needed. I highly recommend this business for your ac needs.

Indoor Climate Control was very accommodating at short notice. The AC was repaired and recommendations provided. Steph is very experienced and knowledgeable and explained the repair every step of the way. Extremely satisfied with the entire process.

Indoor Climate Control responded to my call within minutes and came out the same evening and installed my AC unit. Stephon is very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made us feel very good about the decision we made to use their service. Indoor climate control is a top notch business. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

I was having an issue with my home warranty company that kept moving appointments and technicians with both of my ACs not working in 90 degree heat and I was completely frustrated. I finally spoke with a supervisor who contacted Indoor Climate Control to resolve. The owner was very attentive and came out the same day and we now have working ACs again. I appreciated him coming the same day even though it meant he worked until almost 10 at night. He really went the extra mile.
