      Air Innovations installed a new AC unit during a new home construction (late 2021 or early 2022. They have been servicing the unit for the past two years. Numerous calls have been made on this inferior quality unit.
      The last service call was in February 2024. One of employees indicated the coil needed to replaced. Upon return the next day, said employee's decision had been overridden and indicated that the evaporator was our problem. The evaporator was installed.
      Low and behold, on April 12th, the unit failed again. Because the owners had had enough of the service from Air Innovation, they chose to use another AC repair company. The new company confirmed the coil issue, They also discovered several install errors,
      The coil has been replaced and install errors corrected.
      Owner contacted the manufacturer about reimbursal for coil. Manufacturer indicated that owner would need to go through licensed dealer. The owners have attempted to no avail to get reimbursed .
      The coil replacement could not be authorized as owners did not go through authorized agent at time of failure. Photos of failed coil and one of installment errors have been provided to Air Innovations for confirmation. Being the home passed inspection, no reimbursal of installment error would be allowed.
      IT IS FELT THAT AIR INNOVATIONS COULD HAVE HONORED THE COIL REPLACEMENT AS UNIT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THEY WOULD NOT BE OUT ANY COST.

      I have used their HVAC inspection service for eleven years, and I have been pleased with their work. They explain the inspection results and they provide clear responses to my questions. The technicians are always courteous.

      The technicians were professional, courteous and well informed. They effectively explained the issues we are experiencing and a way forward to effectively manage our humidity problem. They also went above and beyond by opening a ducting to peek inside out plenum to inspect the coil. To date we have had two interactions and they have always been honest in their approach as well as informative and provide documentation of what’s been done. We would call them again for future service work.

      Air Innovations is an awesome company. All of their personnel are friendly and eager to ensure customer satisfaction. Their technicians are stellar and very knowledgeable. I've had the pleasure of having Ben, John and Travis visit my home for a myriad of issues. All have taken time to explain their steps with a final summary of work and status of my HVAC system. From the ladies in the office to the technicians, the is the company you want!

      Their slogan, your comfort matters. it is a joke.
      -First, their logistic is terrible on scheduling. I called them on Thursday to get a schedule on Tuesday but no time frame and had me call them on Tuesday to know the time.
      -my AC is few months old and leaks condensate off evaporator coil box. they came out first time, did not fix it or find the problem but told me the evaporator was not installed/leveled right. this type of evaporator is tricky to install and told me it was fixed. I called to schedule the second time because it got worse. they found the problem but no parts. btw, the evaporator was discontinued by manufacture.
      - the manager first name starting with J (036) told me we suggest you to turn off AC and wait for parts. it could take days or weeks. if you continue to run your AC and cause additional damage, we will not cover.
      - they can just replace the whole evaporator coil with internal drip pan to get my life comfort. but he told me that is not how warranty work. they want me to turn off my ac and wait for parts. they can replace the whole evaporator coil if i pay them $3800. I checked to replace an evaporator coil could cost like $2000-3000.
      - they said they did not break the internal drip pan during installation or install defected products. the internal drip pan could be damaged by the other people while the house was built. they cant know if the internal drip pan is broken until someone called them.
      this is my whole true story. the owner may comment below like " saying sorry about your experience. call us to make it right". I talked to the manager, and he has no intention to make it right. just turn off your AC and wait for parts. and blamed on someone else that broke the internal pan.

      We do appreciate the feedback, as Josh did explain unfortunately with manufacturer warranty parts we are at the mercy of the manufacturer at what part they provide and what is covered. Yes, we would absolutely love to be able to replace the entire unit for you, and we have already summited a request to the manufacturer to expedite the process of your claim. As soon as we have a response, we will be in touch to schedule the repairs.
