En fiesta mart de jupiter y garland rd en Dallas. El manager está hecha do la policía local de dallas. O mejor decir.usando oficiales de la policía para correr personas sin ninguna razón. Es discriminatorio de forma racista el ah intentando atacar a la comunidad hispana de dicho lugar. Ya no lo,queremos ahí. Debe renunciar. Pedimos su renuncia. Ya !!! Fuera!! Fuera!! I had a bad experience at Fiesta, located at Bellaire Blvd and Hilcroft. I went shopping there and was asked by Lasely, the manager there, to give me my driver's license to use the electric car inside the store. So, I gave it to her, and after finishing my shopping, I returned to her to request my license. To my surprise, she gave my right to a co-worker of hers. That was not acceptable to me or anyone else. The worst part is that Vanessa, the other manager was very rude and started shouting and attacking my daughter and me with words and asked us to leave the store. Vanessa, the manager, was yelling and crying in front of all the customers and the employees. She was very aggressive to the extent that she asked us to stand by the store door. Of course, we refused. It took half an hour for me to get my license back from Lacely. By the way, I am 78 years, and Vanessa did not respect my age; she was so mean. Both of them are so careless and unfit for the job. They were so upset that I panicked when I did not find my license. I would like to know how they would feel if their licenses were given to someone else.

I had a recent experience with a shift supervisor who was disrepectful and verbally aggressive towards me. The employee was very upset because I was not moving at a fast enough pace for her when removing items from my cart. I apologized to her and explained that I suffer severely from Neuropathy and at times do not realize whether or not I have a grip of items. She made me so uncomfortable and nervous I dropped my purse and everything fell out, only upsetting her worse. Several rude comments were made and she even commented " I can cancel out your transaction and you can leave your ass with nothing" The security guard by her side kept trying to ensure me that everything was fine and letting me know that Fiesta appreciated my business regardless of her actions. Peop,e who work in customer service should not act this way towards people. With the public shootings happening world wide, customer relation employees should always make a positive impact on the customer because we never know who the person standing in front of us is nor the mental state of that person.

Today I fell in the store because of chemical spill on the floor.Then I found more spills on the floor and tell the manager that I had fell and that there where more spills and he just said thank U he didn’t even ask if I was ok
