07192022 Delivery fee of 51.00 A king mattress, and a queen mattress and queen boxset. The website clearly shows you should contact Cynthia and her number. I spoke with Cynthia repeatedly and was told each time the King bed was FREE. The company had committed to send me a FREE BED with the king mattress. The finance company charged me full price. I notified the owner of the company Hilton. After several conversations he stated that they 'never intended' for the bed to be placed on their webpage, showing it was free. He ended with "Well you did good. You got almost 4,000 of furniture for 1200.00 He assured me he would contact the finance company and straighten it out. 08061022 I was contacted by the financier and was told I was still responsible for the full amount. The pic included are the items that were listed on the company webpage. My bed, the white king bed CLEARLY say FREE BED. I contacted them as a referral and previous customer. The company is responsible for what goes on their webpage. I had nothing to do with the bed being listed as free on their webpage. What a shame that Hilton feels I had something to do with the ad and placement of the ad. They are SOLELY responsible and I will not return to them again in the future because of this colossal mess up. What a shame.
