            I don't recommend this company to any body. They have cheated people out of warranty repairs in our subdivision.My husband and I are going through a huge problem with them now, about replacing our floors,compensation for my husband missing work also being displaced out of our home. I'm sure it will be many more in our subdivision being cheated. It's a new subdivision .The Subdivision has a group chat. The builder and the floor company keep going back in forth pointing the finger at eacher of what's wrong with the slab and the cause of the floor messing. It's been a week now going in to next week.

            Our customer is the homebuilder whom Ms. Torres purchased a home. We were called for an inspection on the home’s vinyl flooring on April 11, 2023. After determining the concrete has a high moisture content, we worked with our customer (the builder) to help try and resolve the issue. After scheduling with the builder, we removed the existing flooring on August 14th, the moisture needed to be removed from the slab and we have now reinstalled new flooring and the job was completed on 8/25. Once again, the builder is our client...not the homeowner who issued the BBB complaint. We sell wholesale/turkey to builders, not individuals. We are a non-retail entity. The issues with the floor installed at that address is a moisture related issue with the concrete, not our flooring.

            This issue is still on going even with the new flooring that has been put down. Not only that they flooring service was trying to buy out of the contract to buy out of the contract 4,746 that wouldn't cover anything to redo our floors. The cost for the buy out would be with the following removal of all floors haul away,new layers of float vapor barriers,tile,plus labor and material's,plus repairs of slab before all the stuff above would come out to be 80,000. Should have answer this afternoon.

            The builder has informed us that the flooring company is responsible because nothing was brought to the builders attention before laying the product down on the slab.no vapor barriers were put down just the adhesive and vinyl flooring. Noe some areas of the flooring is uneven throughout the flooring and the adhesive is coming up the vinyl flooring is coming up and the flooring is has ripples dimples and looks like air pockets. No happy at all.

            The area managers that came out Thursday to take pictures of the issues with the flooring that has been put down for the 2nd time said we would have an answer no layer than Monday. Here we are Tuesday morning and still no answer. I'm definitely not satisfied with both parties. We shouldn't have to pay for something that we have already paid for.

            Your company is offering an upgrade on the floor which is the least your company can do since this will be the third time we're going through this. But wanting to lay the new flooring on the existing floors with issues will only cause more problems down the road because the adhesive is seeping through the existing flooring. No one in their right mind would agree to that. Plus your company can't give an ETA because your company is back logged with warranty work. We did our walk through in April and had to wait till August to be disappointed again who knows how long will have to wait this time.
