We were seeking a company to make a sink repair. I shared pictures of the sink issue and the company stated they could repair the hole in the sink. At the end of the work/process a person working for the company advised me it needed 24 hours to dry and it would look great. We waited the 24 hours before using the sink and the issue was not correct at all. In fact it was now worse than it was before they came. I went back to the company and made a compliant and stated I wanted my money back. They have promising me for days now that I would get $140 refund. However, they have yet to return my money. I would suggest anyone who values their money and seeking a professional company to stay away from this buisness. They are liars, and do not know what they are doing.Business response

Thank you for your review we apologize for the delay in receiving your refund Surface Designers was having issues with chase during this time, as soon as the problem was resolved your refund was made. As far as the job not coming out perfect we did offer to have it redone and fixed however you did not want that anymore. There where two repairs done the other came out well and the sink did not. We where more then happy to go to your home and fix the issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.I would like to note, I had texted the company many, many times. I was not advised on any* **** ****** until they finally sent the refund. So, I don't believe there were any such issues.Again, I will never do business with this company again.
