      This is inaccurate. The contract is a simple interest retail installment contract. With a simple interest contract, finance charges (e.g., interest) are calculated based on the unpaid principal balance of the contract. As each payment is made, the payment amount is applied toward the finance charges that have accrued since the last payment was received. The remaining portion of the payment is applied in accordance with the terms of your contract. The interest accruing between payments is anticipated by the contract and how a simple interest contract works.       Have been on the phone for 45 minutes waiting to speak to a manager simply to schedule payments. The first caller threatened to disconnect me because she didn’t like my answer to why the payments were late. Transferred me to a non manager with an attitude and he proceeded to be ignorant while attempting to justify her actions instead of collecting the payment as I had originally requested. This is very unprofessional and it’s seeming malicious at this time. They weren’t understanding the goal of the call due to the simple fact that they were focused on emotions.

      We have reviewed the telephone call recording. You used profanity while speaking with our employee. She asked you to not use profanity and you refused and requested to speak with a manager. You informed the manager that it is "how you talk.” He repeated that you should not use profanity while communicating with our employees. We respect our customers, but we also respect our employees, and we want to provide them a safe and pleasant environment. You are free to contact us. We only ask that you not subject our employees to profanity.

      I have a car loan and I’m trying everything I can do to get out of it. I will never finance a vehicle with Stellantis and I’m upset the dealer chose them as their preferred lender for my new charger. I cannot make principal only payments or biweekly payments to save on the load. When I asked the rep he acted like he needed to get in touch with a manager when I know he knew the answer. I followed up with an email because I wanted their response in writing and never got a response back. Such shady business tactics. Planning to refi asap!

      There was an error in payment made. I can understand mistakes, but not my account is way overdrawn and i cannot get an answer to see if i was * approved for a refund that was not my fault. This sucks, i cannot get answers from anyone. I was on hold the first time for 45 min, then when I called back, they didn't know the representative i was talking to. This is a sad day.

      I would put zero stars if possible i spoke to someone on my first payment and to change the due date thats a joke the state i live in doesnt put a lien holder on a insurance card pretty sure nowhere in the us does but i will be looking to refinance and telling people to avoid stellatis financial

      This company is not willing to work with me. My wife had a major stroke two months after I bought my new truck. I have to pay her medical bills which is draining me. I have made partial payments to show I’m willing to do what I need to do to keep in good standing. I’ve even offered paying so much a week to be able to relieve some stress and now they say that’s not acceptable. A company that isn’t willing to work with a client is not good business. As I rely on my vehicle to go to work and transport my wife to therapy sessions blows my mind!

      If I can do 0 stars I will do give them 0. Keep telling me to reach out to them to get assistance and when I will call them they will always told me there is no assistance available for me. Calling more then 10 times a day and texting you that they are able to help but no they don't do nothin

      Stellantis loans are a scam. First 3 statements made zero sense EVEN after speaking with 3 different representatives. Even the representatives could not explain my statement and I had paid early and extra on principal each time (never was correctly applied), and the interest portion of the payment changed even though the payments were early and more than the standard monthly payment. DONE. STICK A FORK IN ME. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

      I do not know if I should. Oh well, this is the worse company I have dealt with. They were nice enough not (slam) to let my daughter talk to them and handle our account. I had a heart attack and had to have a pacemaker put in thanks to covid-19 and my wife just had her second cancer surgery. My daughter tried to get a payment extension but they would not take it so they turned us into credit bureaus and said we were 2 payments behind. I talked to a nice lady today who took my payments but said she could not remove the late ones off credit bureaus. So I am going to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because they are suppose to work with you if it has something to do with Covid-19. I am going to call the car dealerships where we bought the car and tell them of our experience. Next I am going on Facebook to let everyone know to never do buisness with this place. We like the car we bought but not the finance company. This place only wants money. I am a retired police officer and I have never been treated like this. I put one colored star but I am now going to remove it.

      I PURCHASED A CAR BACK IN APRIL AN EVERYTHING WAS GFREAT UNTIL THEY STARTED TAKING MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT UNTIL IT NOW IS OVER DRAWNED AN NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHERE MY MONEY HAS GONE AN IT HAS NOT BEEN APPLIED TO MY CAR PAYMENT..
