Original quote (#********) for blinds on 06/27/2022. Representative came to the house and adjusted the quotation (********) and left with a down payment of $1750 for two (2) blinds. Installer came to finalize measurement a couple weeks later. We them were informed the blinds would be order with an expected wait time of 3-5 weeks. On Oct 6th, 2022, we received an invoice from the vendor for the balance of the order ($1059.96) starting the blinds had been delivered and installed. Blind were never delivered or installed. Representative (Miriam Cantu) was contacted, and she stated to disregard the invoice and she would have someone from her office verify the order status and call my wife back. No one returned any information. On Monday Nov 14th my wife contacted Miriam ***** again seeking the status of this order. She again stated she would have someone from her office investigate and call us back. No one returned any information. On Nov 16, I called Miriam ***** and was giving the same response about someone was researching but didn't call. But the blinds had just shipped, and she would confirm dates and call me back within 30 minutes. 10 minutes later she left a VM on my phone stating the same...someone is checking with "shipping". A clear ploy to be able to say she had returned my call. But to just peddle the same lack of information. So, nearing 6 months into this process, we still have reason to believe we will take delivery of the product we have paid for.Business response

The blinds were installed December 1, 2022 to the customer’s satisfaction.
