I have some mold issues at the house and need to have someone check it out to determine if there is any mold in my HVAC system. Jorge came out and did an assessment and he told me it is not as bad as I think. He will clean my HVAC system and address any mold issues during the process. Jorge's crew came out (on time) and did an excellent job cleaning my AC ducts and HVAC systems. They were polite and cleaned up well during the process and at the end. Jorge is very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and air quality in the house. He never tried to sell me things, just free knowledge and advice. I am hoping my allergies will get better after the cleaning. I highly recommend Truetech if you need your HVAC system cleaned with an honest assessment.

Jorge's crew came out and did a great job cleaning our ac ducts and dryer vent. They were polite and cleaned up well after they were finished. There was a small problem but Jorge quickly came by and took care of it. I would highly recommend this company.

We needed Air Duct cleaning and called multiple companies that came out and charged us to tell us we needed a extra cleaning, a different service, etc because it was "so bad". One even told us that we had mold in our vents so it would be xx extra money to get it cleaned and that they would have to come back and tried charging us thousands of dollars. I called Truetech Services and Jorge was very professional and educated me on what the scammers will say and what to look for. I knew from the second that I talked to him and he told me "They probably tried to sell you an UV light also, didn't they? Yeah you don't need that." He didn't charge to come out and tell us what we already knew that it needed to be cleaned as we had never done it after 4 years of living in the house as first time home owners. After giving a couple more calls and hearing that these companies and their scam tactics wanting $100 or so dollars just to come out and tell us what we already knew we wanted/needed, we knew that Truetech Services was who we would use. We even told another company that we inquired for air duct cleaning that was also on BBB in our area that we talked to Jorge and he told us "Jorge has great prices, we are more expensive and you should use him you won't be disappointed." We are more than pleased with his team. They were professional, got the work done, cleaned up not leaving one spec of dust in our house and we feel like we are breathing completely new air and our house feels like a brand new house. Informed us on some tips on keeping it clean and replaced all of our vents. 10/10 rating! Stop looking and talking to scammers/ overly expensive companies and book with them now! You won't regret it!

After realizing we needed to replace the HVAC systems in our 26-year-old home. We began the dreaded quest to find a certified and reputable A/C company. After getting several reasonable quotes, we chose TrueTech Services. Our decision wasn’t strictly based on price, although TrueTech Services’ quote was approximately 27% less than the average of all our other quotes. No, the main reason we went with Jorge and TrueTech Services was because of Jorge Ortega himself. He’s extremely knowledgeable which instilled confidence that we would get the best quality systems for our hard-earned money. Before bidding the job, Jorge asked several key questions that reassured my wife and I that he truly cared about providing us with an A/C system that met our needs. We explained that our master bedroom stayed about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house while a couple of the smaller rooms, like our laundry room and downstairs ½ bathroom remained extremely cold. Jorge spent the time to thoroughly evaluate our existing systems to better understand exactly why we had these issues. He determined that our plenums were under sized, and we had an insufficient amount of return air. Jorge and his team came in a completely cleaned, disinfected, and replaced all the air vents prior to changing our two 3.5-ton systems. They were extremely meticulous with the execution of every task. They didn’t damage anything in our house nor leave any mess for us to have to clean up behind them. In the end, it took them 5 days to completely replace our two HVAC systems and we could NOT be happier. The house is balanced, and all of our temperature controls struggles have been resolved. I highly recommend TrueTech Services to anyone and everyone. We are 100% satisfied with the topflight service from Jorge and his team.

10/10 would recommend True Tech Services to ANYONE and EVERYONE that I know. After Jorge cleaned our air ducts my severe allergy attacks completely subsided within the first 3 days. Finally, I could breath clearly in my own home. For those who do not believe in air duct cleaning I am here to change your mind. I am a long time allergy sufferer. Spring time in Houston all but kills me to step foot outside. Immediately after moving into our house I was waking up EVERY night with a runny nose, watery eyes, and itchy throat. I panicked and asked myself “Is this what the rest of my life is going to be?” along with,“Did I just make a big mistake purchasing this house?”. As a result of the discomfort, I called out an air duct cleaner that I found on google (not TrueTech Services). Little did I know they were running a scam operation. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I was still waking up every night with sever allergy attacks. Knowing something wasn’t right, I took to the internet and learned about the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA) and their cleaning standards/specifications. I knew that I needed to get a trained and qualified professional out to do the job right. I went into research mode and read review after review on every NADCA registered contractor in the area. Out of the various NADCA registered contractors I felt most optimistic about TrueTech Services. From the very first conversation our communications have been 100% upfront and honest. I explained the situation to Jorge and pleaded for a fix to stop the suffering. Jorge came to evaluate what work needed to be performed to resolve the issues I brought up on our call. Jorge spent all day cleaning my air ducts, vents, and coils. He performed his job to NADCA standard and took the time to answer all the questions/concerns that came to mind. We lucked out when we found TrueTech Services. Not only were the services reasonably priced they were done correctly! Jorge is a prime example of a quality professional. After spending just 5 minutes with Jorge it is clear that he is knowledgeable in his field. He operates with honesty, integrity, and is all around a stand up guy. Even better he doesn’t try to sell unnecessary services. He approaches problems practically by fixing the root cause in the most efficient and budget minded manner. We plan to continue working with Jorge for various home improvement projects. He is on speed dial now.
