              Air Masters was contracted through my home warranty company to repair my AC. When the appointment time they scheduled came and went without so much as a phone call or text from them, I reached out and spoke with Sam. He rescheduled for the following day only for the same thing to happen again - no call or text, just another lapsed time window. When I called back, Sam pushed my appointment back ANOTHER day and told me that Air Masters doesn’t prioritize the home warranty assignments; they’d rather do installations because they pay more. His exact words - “I’ll get to the repairs whenever I get to the repairs.”

              Service Plus Home Warranty contacted us about Mr. Ben-Shalom's job on 7/11/2022. We accepted the call and planned on seeing him on Tuesday to take care of his issue. Unfortunately, during the week of 7/11/2022, we were extremely busy, overbooked on repairs due to the heat wave as well as having the office manager taking a leave of absence due to a death in their familly and unfortunately we did have to push back his time back. The technician was able to get a hold of the customer each time to explain the delay and advised the customer to call his home warranty company to get someone out to him sooner, as it appeared that he wouldn't be able to in the urgency the customer was looking for. The customer apparently did not call the home warranty company and continued to call the technician and became irate and rude. Finally it appears the home warranty company was able to get another technician out to him.
