We purchased a car from these people for my son and daughter in law. At the end of the process after we had been there a long time doing the usual forty trips back and forth to check with the manager, the salesman came back with the "Mandatory window etching SCAM" I understand that they do this back and forth stunt to wear you down and it works very well for that purpose. As we had been there all afternoon we were very tired and didn't snap to the scam. We should have walked away but the kids really liked the car so we bought it anyway. This stealership has been here for a long time and I know several people employed there so I just assumed they were as honest as the next guys. Boy was I wrong. It is too late for us now but I thought I would try to warn other people to stay away from these reprehensible scam artists. I will never go back there for ANY reason and will try to discourage anyone in the market for a car to go anywhere else. Too bad you have to give them at least one star. I would gladly join in a class action against these crooks.

I figured I would actually leave a review to make accusations true. The customer service has been more than horrible. After purchasing a vehicle it went through a horrible hail storm not the dealerships fault at all but drove the car for a week after and it completely stopped working wouldnt turn on or anything had to be towed from my work. It gets to the dealership and I was told oh weve never seen this before we had to call and get updates. Had to basically beg for a loaner I was given one until I went above the dealership and contacted GM. Once you keep getting the run around of course youre going to go higher and try to get answers. After GM was involved ******* called my husband yelling I told you Gm wasnt going to cover this and wanted the loaner back. Went back and forth with wanting the loaner back. Had my car for a month and the story changed a few times to we have never seen this to we have tons of cars its a nearby lighting strike from the hail storm. Our insurance got involved and its a total loss again I know things happen but the customer service here is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. ******* called my husband to see what it would take to remove his ****** review. He talked to my husband like he was stupid. when we tried to set up the on star the day we got the car they said the software had been replaced so they couldnt find the vehicle. When we brought that to ******** attention he said ha its probably because you were close to the metal building. Explain it still Being an issue when we got home and it took on on star days to figure it out and told us the software had been completely replaced which was never mentioned when we bought the vehicle. After I bought my car many people in town told me they would NEVER buy from this dealership and I now see why. Had the customer service been different and the dealership not talked to us like everything was our fault and belittled us maybe I would have a different view.
